    I agree with the previous comment that it is a horrible hotel. In Wyndham Munich Messe, They checked us in a dirty room that was not clean. There was even no explanation why it turned that way. The staff should be trained for customer service. For dinner time dining, it took them to serve 45 minutes to serve each dish with just green salad, simple main course and dessert of fresh fruits. Our tour coordinator has to follow up twice but still not acted upon immediately. Again, there was no apology from the staff why there is a delay. It’s frustrating that after a day of tour we expect a fast service so that we can retire early. But for them there is no careful planning and execution to prepare for this simple dish. it took them more than 2 hours to finish serving giving us that terrible dining experience . The staff attitude is that as if it is a burden for them that we eat there and the customer should suffer why we eat there.

    We stayed at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Munich Messe. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was far below expectations. Even though housekeeping requests must be submitted through the Watch system, the room was still not cleaned despite our request. Although the hotel is new and pleasant, the housekeeping service is a significant issue. For this reason, I would not choose to stay here again.

    Epic Oktoberfest trip and stay at the Ramada

    Great hotel choice for myself and my friends, who booked this hotel in the Trudering area of Munich to spend three legendary Oktoberfest days. The hotel is very modern, with comfortable beds and well furnished rooms. Clean, modern bathrooms. We loved having separate showers and toilets. That made a huge difference. Not central located but well linked to downtown, central station and of course, Oktoberfest.

    The building was good but the room was small and the staff was very rude and nobody cared about the guests and they weren't even helpful we were asking them about the nearest supermarket and they just told us that it closed
