    Horrible hotel. Reception doesn't know basics about check in, they didn't change bed sheets when cleaning the room for 4 days. Rooms dirty upon check in. No fridge in the room, electric kettle and hair dryer were not working. They don't refill coffee for the room. Breakfast is Horrible. Cold fried egg and sausage. Limited options.

    My stay at The Rilano Hotel Munich was quite disappointing. When I arrived before the 3 pm check-in time, reception told me to come back every hour to check if a room became available, instead of simply noting my details and contacting me once ready.Once in my room, I discovered a broken curtain that was never repaired, even after reporting it twice. Housekeeping was also poor — I placed the “clean room” sign on my door at 6 am, but when I returned at 5 pm, the room was still untouched.For a hotel rated 4 stars, the service, maintenance, and cleanliness standards fell far below expectations. The location is convenient, but unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the rating or the price.

    Ups I did it again! After a very bad experience some months ago I accidently booked The Rilano again and it got worse. Room not ready at check inAsk for a quite room and they put me directly at the elevators with a lot of noise. But the highlight was that at 11:45 PM 2 young people where staying in my room screaming "there is someone in the bed". Manager at duty did not really cared about my complains, no sorry, no we'll do better next time, nothing. Seems that the Rilano does not like me and I don't like the Rilano!

    Negative experience at the Munich Rilano

    We were booked by Trafalgar Tours into the Rilano for our last night of travel, 7/24/25. Lighting in the room was dismal - no overhead light in the desk & bed area making it difficult to see. Mold along the shower glass door caulking area. Went to the large dining room for dinner and we were told by restaurant staff the entire room was booked and they couldn't seat us (not one table was occupied). Went back 90 minutes later and the room was still empty. they had a f 3 or 4 patio tables out back where people were eating and that was it. The hotel is located about a 30 minute drive outside of the City Center.I do not recommend this hotel.

    We struggled with this hotel as the air conditioner never worked and we stayed for 1 week. Room could be cleaner. I would not recommend this hotel
