    I had used this hotel a few times in the past and it was satisfactory. The last time I can say it was unacceptable. We stayed for six nights and they didn't clean even once, they only changed the towels we had used. The carpets in the corridors were dirty and generally is not very good hotel anymore. The reception staff were very good and helpful

    Perfect Stay for a Messe Visit!

    This hotel was a great choice for my trip to Munich! While it’s a bit outside the city center, it’s very well connected by both train and bus, making it easy to get around. A supermarket and a variety of restaurants are within walking distance, which was super convenient. I was in Munich for a trade fair, and this hotel is especially recommended for Messe visitors due to its easy access and comfortable accommodations. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided attentive service 24/7, making me feel very well taken care of. Highly recommend for both business and leisure!

    Apparently a very beautiful hotel, but the location is far from the center. The receptionist was very impatient and rude, seeming like he was working against his will. We checked in around 10:30 PM. The kitchen was open with pizza options, but we do not eat pork and all available options had pork. We decided to order delivery from outside the hotel and, to our surprise, when the delivery arrived, the reception did not inform us, and the delivery left with our food. This happened simply because of the lack of effort from the reception. I do not recommend staying here.Very neglectful of the customer, horrible service.

    For one night stay, Super 8 hotel is not bad. It is out there with no shops or restaurants around. The room was very clean, but the pillows were too softs. The staff seemed to be friendly and the parking on the street near hotel is a plus as they charge too much for parking.

    Nice clean Hotel rooms a bit small for a couple. There is insufficient hanging space which was a problem as we were staying for 5 nights. Most of the staff were friendly except for Frank behind the reception desk who was very rude. The bar did not sell wine which is very unusual in this day and age.
