Lack of hanging space and rude staff.

No storage in room staff on reception unhelpful especially Frank who was rude. Bar did not serve wine. The room was clean but very basic it is more a hotel for an overnight stay. Transport to city centre was good with a tram station just across the road.

Worst hotel in Munich! Was thrown out after agreeing for late checkout

Worst Hotel you can ever think of going to in Munich. Firstly the room is barely enough to turn, the bathroom door doesn’t even have a handle it has a small hole that you can barely put a a few fingers into to latch the door.When I entered my room there were used bottles and plastic boxes which hasn’t been cleanedOn one of the new towels there was a big blot of blood which was disgustingMore than anything there level of hospitality and emotional intelligence is Zero. I had agreed for a late checkout as my flight is in the night which they agreed upon the previous day. On the day which is the 22nd Saturday, this cleaning lady wearing pink barges in and screamed and shouts in German probably asking me to pack up and leave.There was no remorse and was put out of the hotel. Being a CEO of a foreign company this left a very distasteful experience not only of the Wyndham brand that I’m very loyal to but also Germany as a wholeAVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS! Even if it’s the cheapest option!!!

tv out of service.informed reception many times and nothing happens.TV not repaired during all of my staying.breakfast not really tasteful .room is so tiny. i never seent that.........to avoid.the only positive thing is that the center of town is not very far from here

Well, it is a simple, modern business hotel - offering good service for a day or two. Everything was clean and well-working, but a kind of steril. There is no real bar in the hotel. They have self-service vending machines.

Waardeloos! TV werkte niet, Geen wifi (want die werkt alleen maar via de TV). Technische man was al naar huis en manager was ook

TV didn't work. Technician was already gone hone (16.00 h) and manager wasn't in either. No TV, No Wifi and ni service to solve the problem. This is not O.K.! The only thing they said was : "I am sorry". That doesn't solve the problem now does it?
