    Tulip Inn was a great stay

    EF tours had my group of students stay here. Nice location and very friendly staff. Staff was very helpful with everything. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Hotel was just a short bus and tram ride away from the city. I highly recommend this hotel for student groups.

    Service was really bad. Rooms are good, location is good. Reception team is not at all supportive and they just tell can’t help on anything we ask. I just asked for shower gel which was finished and technically should be replaced by cleaning team which they didn’t do and then reception people told can’t help.

    It was a convenient location. Rooms were big and roomy with a good size bathroom. Very clean. One thing that could've made the experience even better was to have a small coffee machine/kettle (although small fridge would've been great too ). The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall could recommend this place again.

    Where should I start?I don't know... the rooms are very small and show signs of wear and tear, and in general the whole hotel is slightly worn out. But that wasn't the problem. The problem was that it was still noisy at 3:00 a.m., and because the hotel is very poorly insulated and very spacious, you could still hear it on the upper floors. If you complain to the front desk, you get the standard response, “Oh, we're sorry,” and that's the end of it. Apparently, the guests are not important to them.The only thing that was okay was the breakfast, but it was nothing special either. In any case, never again.

    It has 2 pillows . One square and one oblong small one. They are not comfortable . The bathroom is just next to your bed. If you don’t close the sliding bathroom door, you are inches away from the toilet bowl . The room is so small. Better travel light if you lodge in this hotel.
