    HORRIBLE HOTEL

    No water in taps, horrible service,lift broken for the whole holiday and had to go up the stairs by seven floors. The only point they get is for the food. The light in the room kept flickering while another didnt even work. They did not whatsoever try to fix the lift or help us take up our luggages, not even considering elderly people having to go up long flights of stairs with their luggage and not considering people with injuries or health problems like asthma. The bathroom was alright except that the water was cold when it worked. The people in the kitchen weren't wearing hairnets and were wearing flip flops, which is a health hazard. The food was ok exept the plates took a long time to be washed leaving others without plates. The location was close to the city centre offering an advantage while at night the only thing i heard was noise, doors slamming, ambulances people shouting etc. the hotel clearly needs maintenance to be done as cleay maintenance hasn't been done in quite a while. The receptionist kept rolling her eyes at us and smiling while we complained and asked for assistance to take our luggages up. The hotel is horrible has horrible services and needs maintenance done as water in other rooms wasn't even working and the lights kept flickering and one didn't work. The people made us go up 7 flights of stairs including elderly people and people with health issues with no whatsoeveI highly recommend you find another place as this hotel isnt worth the money.

    Worst hotel experience I ever had. Water stops midway thru shower. Lift not working for seven days, having had to take luggage up seven floors. One of the rooms had no lights. No phone in room to contact reception. Half service when it comes to cleaning... Not sure how it passes strict German/Bavarian regulations...

    We stayed at NP Wallis as we bought package tours. Very bad experience. Towels are not changed. I was told by reception that cleaning of rooms and change of towels is once week.Breakfast was good

    Shame for Hotel Walls..No tel. in the room, no fire alarm, and above all housekeeping service is zero.. Also very uncomfortable mattresses. With the construction around, we could not open a window ...the only bonus that this Hotel has is the location as it is situated in a prime location, near to the city centre....We do not recommend this hotel at all...not worth the money we paid ...
