    Expect cheap and out of date room

    Entrance is so long just to get to the front. Then the really strange concept of walking down a side door long corridor with tired grey dull carpets. Then find there's only one lift! Room long and bad beech furniture clearly outdated. Armchair is a joke so uncomfortable. And why is the mural behind the bed wall? Why not where the Tv is. Such an outdated room and Tv channels most don't work. If you want a cheap place this is it.     Hotel is massive and outside of city centre around 8 kms. The room is big and comfortable. Bed is very relaxing. And that’s the only reason that I am giving a 4star hotel. Bathroom is nice. WiFi is good. I booked single room with a queen size bed but yet there was only a small blanket for one person. Likewise one towel in the room. There is no heating. I was told that it is still 11.10.2025 where outside temperature is 8 degrees at night and that’s why they did not turn it on. Plus there is no A/C for hot summer days.     Not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. The hotel is situated in what is best described as an industrial/office estate. It is close to the Moosfeld Underground Metro station, which is handy, although you have to walk through a park area. I am not sure I would use this route at night as there are folks hanging about in the park even during the day. There are not many restaurants/bars in the local area, so Taxis or the Metro are the best options for seeking out food/drinks. It's about 9/10 stops or approximately 30 mins into the center of Munich.     Very nice hotel, convenient bed, large room, nice staff, and parking lot at the hotel yard.They don't have slope or elevator from the outside to the entrance, so you need to carry your lagaege 10 steers to the lobby.
