A fabulous hotel with lots of style and a beautiful inner courtyard. Parking underneath was really convenient. Food was excellent. I was very impressed as I would usually avoid staying in the Holiday Inn but this was such a wonderful surprise! I travelled solo with my dog. We had a room with a terrace and it was wonderful!

In osnabruck for the weekend. Pleasant hotel and attentive staff. The hotel is quite new but not everything works properly. We had to move room as the air conditioning was Not working so we packed up and moved. The air conditioning worked in the new room for 24hrs the packed up again. NOT GOOD!!!

Still our Favorite Holiday Inn

We made our 2nd visit here in December 2024. I found this place in 2023 when I was looking for somewhere to stay in this part of Germany for 2 nights between Hamburg and the Amsterdam airport, where we can fly home non-stop to Orlando from late October to mid March. We again were doing the same as we did in November 2024 and took the train from Hamburg and made the easy, short walk to the hotel. We arrived and were promptly assigned our upgraded room on the top floor, #415. It was a suite as the year before but not the same one or the same layout. It was directly across from the elevator. The only issue we had was with the TV's. There were 2 back-to-back for the bedroom area and the living room area plus a 3rd screen on the bathroom mirror. The problem was that when the remote was used, as it had to be, sometimes all 3 came on, changed channels, or went off? Other than that, everything was perfect with our stay. The bed was comfortable, there were many closets and places to put clothes, everything was spotless, and the bathroom had a great shower. The breakfast that I received as one of my IHG Diamond benefits was again the best ever at this brand. It's the only HI where I've stayed that had an omelet/egg making station. There are also many side items such as meats, pastries, fruit, etc. We had a great rate as well plus I received all the items (beer, soft drinks, and snacks) in the room fridge complimentary, and they were all restocked on our in-between day. I had to go to the lobby both days to exchange sugar drinks for Zero Sugar(diet) drinks. The restaurant here is also as good as any local one so we dined here the 2nd night. The schnitzel is pork (not veal) but is still good with very fair prices plus I can drink several "dunkel" dark beers and not worry about the walk back to the hotel. Also, by charging the dine to my room, I receive even more IHG points for future use! In summary, this is still our favorite Holiday Inn anywhere! We probably won't return to Hamburg, but we will make our way back here to Osnabrueck as often as we can, perhaps between Berlin and Amsterdam airport. Given its easy access to the local train station, short walk to the old part of the city, where we enjoyed the local Christmas market and got to interact with such friendly locals, the great upgrades I've received here, and the quality food choices (breakfast and dinner), this is worth at least 2 days. Nice hotel but it is attached to a club that can be used for functions and on the night we stayed there it was a club and music was playing until 3am. The rooms are comfortable and overall the hotel was very nice. Large parking garage and lovely breakfast buffet and the staff are so helpful.

This is well appointed very well run comfortable hotel, close to the train station. Front reception staff friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Bed acceptable. Well stocked breakfast. Has a laundry service that actually functions but like all hotel services does not miss. I am tempted to give 5 but all the places I have given 5 to were in interesting often old buildings with great style. This is a modern hotel building so maybe 4.5…
