Location

    We stayed here for a December weekend trip to visit the Christmas markets in Nuremberg, and the location really couldn’t be better. The hotel is literally seconds from the main train station, and it’s very easy to get to straight from the airport by train. The station itself has plenty of fast-food options and even a Lidl, which was very convenient.The staff were excellent – friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention to Samin and Besat, who were both absolutely lovely. Samin in particular stood out: always smiling, always acknowledging us when we came and went, and just genuinely warm and welcoming. I also really appreciated the security presence before accessing the lifts, which made us feel very safe.We tried the rooftop bar one evening and loved it – a great place to end the night. The rooms are on the smaller side, but perfectly fine for a short stay. I’m a larger size and had no issues with space at all. It may be a bit tight for a couple with large suitcases staying longer than a few days, but for a weekend it was ideal.The Christmas markets start just across the road, and the main square is about a 15-minute walk, with plenty of stalls along the way. It actually makes for a more relaxed and enjoyable experience rather than staying right in the middle of the crowds.Overall, I’d highly recommend this hotel, especially for a Christmas market trip, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

    Nice hotel with good breakfast

    We stayed here for 5 nights during our visit to the city, and it’s a really nice hotel for a stay where you mainly need a place to sleep and have breakfast. The room was neat and clean, but unfortunately, there wasn’t enough space to keep two medium-sized suitcases open. Other than that, everything in the room was fine.The hotel lobby is also nice and a cozy spot to enjoy a drink at the end of the day or in the evening. This is also where breakfast is served, and the selection is good and tastes great. We were especially pleasantly surprised by the bread, which was fresh and delicious. There aren’t many hot dishes or an abundance of options, but everything that’s there is good.However, we would have liked to sit a bit more comfortably while eating. It’s just not ideal to sit in deep armchairs at small café tables and balance yogurt, soft-boiled eggs, and coffee. It looks cozy, but it’s quite impractical. In addition, there weren’t enough seats for everyone, and we experienced several times that guests were asked to leave so others could sit down. So you can’t linger and relax once you’ve finished eating. It wasen't a big problem, though. All in all, we can recommend this hotel, which is centrally located and has friendly staff.

    Bar in this hotel is amazing, I like so much the views! My favourite place in this city. Also always great service and drinks with snacks. This time I stayed at this hotel, the room has everything you need, clean and comfortable.Near they have big parking.

    Good set up, nice lobby/bar. Room was small but convenient.Breakfast: nice quality, good amount of organic food. Quite close to the station and not far from the historic city center. A good choice to stay in Nuremberg for business reasons. Not the best for a romantic week end

    Terrible experience and racist receptionist

    Don’t visit this Place! The receptionists are extremly unfriendly and racist. They only let Arab looking People into their Sky bar. Most of the receptionist seems to have arab background. The rooms are very small and very uncomfortable. The breakfast is very simple and expensive. You have to que more than 15 minutes to get a coffee. I really can’t recommend that place.
