    First of all. Location is superb. In the center of the city.The hotel is very nice. The staff is very friendly. They rent You a bike for free if you want. There are only 2 available though.Breakfast is awesome.Beds are comfy. They offer a new pillow if You dont like the current. I did ask for a change. They gave me another extra.I don't know what else to say..book it

    I booked this hotel for one night as a last minute decision as I was in Nuremberg for the Rock Im Park festival and needed a hotel instead of a tent. This hotel is very very good, the location is great, it's walking distance from the main train station, and all the main sites of Nuremberg. The staff here are exceptional, they are very friendly and helpful, speak multiple languages and they just made my stay that much better! The hotel overall has a lot of great services, Including a bicycle hiring service, the staff can also help you find the best restaurants and sights if you are unfamiliar, there is a wireless charger in the room but the hotel also has a charger service if you don't have your own.The room came with a fully stocked mini bar, a decent shower and an extremely comfortable bed. The included breakfast was also brilliant, there wasn't much to it but you also had everything you need. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Nuremberg for any amount of time, you'd struggle to find anything better without paying 5 times the price.

    Few days ago I've made a reservation for two rooms.By mistake and because I haven't got a confirmation mail I've made another reservation for two rooms.The manager did not inform me about my mistake and let me know when we check in that we have a reservation for four rooms.He charged me the half by mistake reservation telling me that it is not he's fault.Thank you very much.

    Nice hotel with great location for exploring Nuremberg, easy to get to and find.Stayed for 2 nights with no issues, for the price great value.If staying in front rooms could be a little noisy but nothing that would prevent you from sleeping.

    Great location and breakfast, short walk to Restaurant Trodelstuben (yum) and the Christmas market. The hotel is underwhelming from the street and the room is somewhat spartan, but the bed was comfortable. Desk staff was very helpful and made a few calls for us to reserve a taxi.The breakfast was great with you could desire, including smoked salmon!
