  Near to the city, so great if you’re on foot.Spent two days here. Staff were really friendlyl,room was quiet .So for me personally a good experience.

  Nice hotel with very small rooms. Room was reasonably appointed but small for two people. Limited space for luggage, would be good to have a bench instead of large mirror at end of bed. Bathroom small but bright. Lighting in room is dim, need a central light in middle of room. Bed comfortable, large TV and small desk area. There's a breakfast room but no other meals. Vending machine with snacks in foyer. Can control temperature in room.Bit of outside noise as on a main road. Great location to explore the old town and near to station and subway.Staff were friendly and check in/out was smooth. Use a code for doors.

  Budget hotel but not budget prices

  The price of this hotel was not particularly cheap but everything in the room was stripped back to very basics to save money and also make money. To get a coffee you had to pay for it at reception. There was no kettle or tea or coffee in the room. There was only one very small bin in the bathroom to cater for the whole room. The bed was so soft it gave me back ache. There was no proper comfortable seat with a back only two backless soft round seats that had no back support. One very good thing was the location which was close to the centre and the main railway station.

  Cozy and Comfortable

  This was the first time we stayed at this hotel, and we were quite impressed with the comfort we experienced. Close to many amenities, including the main train station and gates, into the old town center. The room was clean with comfortable beds, great shower pressure, and toiletries. Although we only stayed one night, we'd definitely consider an extended stay the next time we visit Nuremberg. To summarize great value for what you get.

  Terrible Hotel with a Terrible Manager

  Terrible, down right Terrible!Very tiny room with a cheap, hard bed. Barely enough room for a queen bed in the room, itself. It felt like a hostel room but expensive, although it was clean. Parking is very difficult with limited street availability for check in. When we arrived, they were closed without notice. We had to wait approximately 2 hours, in a cramped and small lobby, only after other guests let us in. The staff didn't answer phones, doors, or parking garage buzzers, and the self check- in system wasn't working. Literally, they just let us sit outside in the rain, without a care, and could see us standing there. When a few of us were let in by departing guest, the crew was present. We requested assistance us with garage access and check in. They declined due to holding a crew meeting. We asked to, at least hello us get parked, to which was still declined. This cost us 2 hours of sight seeing and Christmas Marketing, and it's of no consequence to them.
