  Hotel is well located to see the highlights in Nuremberg. Room tiny. A sliding door is for the mini bathroom and toilet , one is always open. No hook for towels, just a small rod in the shower. Breakfast was unfortunately a disaster. Open at 7:30, at 7:25 a line of about 40! people in the undersized breakfast room. Only 1! Coffee machine. Many people filled whole thermoses unashamedly without the staff stepping in, they hardly followed up with the replenishment. Overall, just fine for a weekend, but certainly not anymore.   Economy for few nights

  The room was small as well as the beds. We had hot water round the clock. The personnel was highly polite and hospitable that answered to all our requests. It is well connected with SBahn, Metro and Buses. Around 15-20 minutes from the Hauptbahnhof walking distance. Quite convient with self check-in. Suitable for few nights sleepover.

  The temperature in our room was 76F when we arrived. The rather inscrutable thermostat refused to lower the temperature so we went to the front desk and were told to shut it off. Lovely. Even with the window open... and the streetcar runs right under the window... our room was sweltering all night. Neither of us slept much. I recall chatting at 3 AM about how hot it was.Breakfast was sliced meat and some cheeses, which cost $12 dollars. (!)We again asked for relief from the temperature and once again were told to shut down the system and open the window, which we did.At no time were we offered a room with functioning ventilation.We opened the window and put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and left for the day. Imagine our surprise when we returned from an entire day away to find the Do Not Disturb sign removed, the window closed, and the room again sweltering.Honestly, we travel a lot and this was, hands down, the poorest and most outrageous hotel experience we've ever had. As we left, I very politely asked the staff to make a notation about our experience and that me expectation was a full refund. To date, there's been absolutely no response from management. I'll never, ever set foot in another B & B hotel and, my friend, take the advice of a stranger and do the same. Just for fun, imagine all the curses I would like to have included in this review but to what end? I really just want people to regard my advice as level headed and stay away from any B& B hotel.

  I’ll start with the positives of this hotel: we were really happy with the location! Access to the tram literally right outside the front door was perfect. We also found it was in walking distance to the Christmas Markets, an Aldi and a coffee shop! Some short comings for us were the self checkin for after hours, in theory this would be excellent…BUT the touch screen was horrendous, after our flight being delayed we did not arrive until about 3am instead of 11pm so we were already tired and then having to spend at least 20 minutes trying to type in our reservation info was extremely aggravating. The keyboard kept disappearing and then reappearing, adding/erasing letters on its own… again great in theory but the execution was just not there. The room appeared to be clean however for the few days we were there we noticed a strange smell from the shower portion of the bathroom and it just didn’t seem to be the cleanest. There was also a stain on one of the comforters in the room upon checking at arrival, with no one at the desk at night we just had to not use it. We’ve stayed at B&B hotels and are generally happy with the experience given the price. I’m sure it was just that particular room however, we probably wouldn’t stay again unless only for a night at a low price. Again, the location was great but overall experience was a bit lower than usual, hopefully was just a one off due to the busy time of year.

  It was a very pleasant stay. Clean hotel , nice staff. I loved the spacious and great breakfast room with a nice and healthy sustainable breakfast as well. The comfort room is such an amazing experience with the large double bed and the waterfall shower. Definitely a must in the city 🏙️
