  Scam! On the day of the check in, the hotel informed us, that there is some misunderstanding with reservation. Instead of two rooms, we were given just one. The receptionist also refused to check in all the persons that were staing in the hotel. Now the hotel refuses to adapt the price. Scam!   Superb overnight stay on a long drive south from Danmark

  Super easy to get here from the highway, tucked away in a little forest like a little oasis when travelling down south, especially with the great parking option at the back of the hotel, which made it easy to fetch stuff from the car (last year we were here with an electrical car, keep in mind there is no overnight charging option). The reception works 24/7 and were super polite and had no issue with us talking in English. The room 167 was oriented towards the forest, calm and clean. The bathroom and shower were great size for a very tall man like me. Unfortunately the pillows were too soft, had to fold them 3x, but other than that a perfect little room for a 1-night stay. The breakfast was quite tasty, strong and nice for a long day of driving ahead, with sausages, beans, pretzels and various cereals as options. The staff were super friendly towards our dog, which was the most important part of our stay! We arrived in the late afternoon, rested, had a walkie in the forest before falling asleep early to wake up at 6am. We visit here every year on our way to Croatia.   Very convenient to the Nuremberg Hospital South, where we needed to see cardiac specialists. The hotel is located by a forest preserve. The staff is excellent.   A Convenient Place to stay if visiting the Messe

  I chose the H+ as a convenient place to stay due to its proximity to the Messe. Situated in a quiet, woody area, the hotel is a mid range hotel, in easy walking distance of public transport. Check in was efficient and fast and I received my room even though I had arrived early, well appreciated after a long trip to Germany. In general, the hotel and its grounds are well kept and clean.I reserved a single bedroom which I found comfortable, yet a little small.The bed was comfortable, linen clean and crisp, but the pillow was extremely soft and I asked for an additional one (and additional towels) which were promptly brought to the room. Unfortunately the additional pillow was just as soft and didn’t really help at all.The bathroom / toilet is extremely cramped and lighting is far from sufficient. In general, the room could do with additional lighting, especially at the writing table near the window where I found it hard to work in the evening. The room was very clean, basic toiletries are in place (no frills like hand cream, hair conditioner etc), and two small bottles of mineral water were placed on the table free of charge. Breakfast was excellent and abundant with many types of food to choose from.Service at breakfast was really nice (there was a tall guy with a beard who works there, sorry I didn’t catch his name but his welcome every morning was a pleasure to start the day off with).I also took dinner at the hotel’s dining area on the evening of my arrival. Food was satisfactory, a little pricey, don’t expect anything out of the ordinary. And if you know and love Caesar salad, don’t order it at the hotel, because it isn’t. Again, the meal is satisfactory but unfortunately nothing more.The hotel has a small bar area for the evening and a beer garden outside which I would expect is very charming in Summer months.Front desk service was always efficient and welcoming, but depending on who was on duty at that time. On one hand, there was a clerk who really didn’t seem interested in taking to us at all and did us a favor to reply to us. On the other hand, Mr. Nazim always rendered me with a welcoming smile and always did his utmost to assist. He is a credit to the establishment and to be commended for his unprecedented level of care. As noted, the hotel is close to the Messe and public transportation is relatively easy. It’s out of the way from the city so choice of attractions and restaurants is a little limited, but there are some good places to eat fairly close by.   Pillows, Conditioner and Body Cream Missing

  Nice linen but only 1 very soft pillow.No hair conditioner.No body cream…Could not find a nail-clipper to deal with a broken nail… sigh.In the days when travellers are restricted to 3 bottles of 100ml each, it is absolutely necessary to provide all those above in any hosting place.
