  1. The staff is super friendly and outstandingly helpful. I wish we had this kind of staff at all the places we stayed in Germany. 2. Hotel is clean and rooms were comfortable except the air conditioning was not so good. We had three rooms and we all needed fans but the had only one available so only one room got the fan. 3. Shower in one room wasn’t draining and one toilet wouldn’t flush in another room. They fixed it immediately. 4. We had to stow our bags for about 9 hours before our train. They took very good care of them. 5. Breakfast was the best we had in Germany. The quality was pretty good and the selection was outstanding, even for my picky kids. 6. Location is very close to the train station. 7. Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nuremberg. 8. Trams and U-Bahn are nearby. If you’re a tourist, you really don’t need a car. We hit virtually all the main tourist spots and used day tickets. A family day ticket covers two adults and four children under 18 for around 25 euros. You can use bus, tram, and U-Bahn with this day ticket. The main modes we used were U1 to get to the Palace of Justice, Bus 36 covers virtually all the old city and out to the old Kongresshalle/nazi documentation center. Pick up bus 55 from the documentation center to the rally grounds. And return back to pick up Bus 36. The hotel is perfectly located for this. And did I mention the staff was absolutely fantastic.

  Nice room, friendly staff, and good breakfast

  I am writing this review primarily because I see some recent negative reviews about the rooms, staff, and breakfast, and while I can't speak to the experience of other travelers, my experience with all three was very positive. The room was relatively quiet (occasional street noise, but muffled), the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean; staff were very friendly and helpful; and there was a good selection of breakfast items that far exceeded anything I've seen at a Hampton Inn in the U.S. The hotel is located just a few-minute walk from the main train station, which makes it very convenient, and though I did not stay on the back side facing the train tracks, I did not hear any noise from the trains. In short, while this isn't a luxury hotel--and doesn't pretend to be, it was certainly nice enough for a pleasant stay.

  The room was dirty, towels scarce, asked if we could at least have a hand towel and a facecloth, didn’t get either, gave us a bath towel. The towels were grey and stained at best. Mirror was broken in the bathroom , the shower had black mold on all of the inside corners, not just a little ! Won’t ever stay again ! Hilton you can do better!

  I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton Nürnberg for two nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is well located, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay.I did encounter a maintenance issue in my original room, which I brought to the attention of the front desk. While this was initially disappointing, the hotel team ultimately handled the situation appropriately. They communicated with me, arranged a room change, and made a genuine effort to ensure I was comfortable for the remainder of my stay.I appreciated the staff’s responsiveness and their willingness to make things right. Situations can happen at any hotel, and what matters most is how they are handled — in this case, the team worked to resolve the issue, and I was satisfied with the outcome.I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others visiting Nürnberg.

  stayed 1 night. located in the center. nice hotel. they have limited parking in the back, breakfast was great. only thing that that the heating in the room didn't work...but the service was great
