    Very disappointing experience.We booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, and the Booking offer clearly stated that both children stay free of charge. However, when we arrived at the hotel, we were asked to pay an additional €25 for each child (€50 total), plus €20 for parking. This completely changed the actual price of the stay.I find it unacceptable to present the offer one way online and then charge something different at reception. Because of this, we refused to stay and left the hotel.I do not recommend this place to families who want clear and transparent pricing from the start.

    Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and it does not disappoint!Car park below hotel - hotel in city centre (edge) - perfect.Plenty of places to eat, drink, shop - all within a few minutes walk.We were there for Xmas markets and the city and hotel were busy.Breakfast was very good and plentiful and the whole hotel operation is wrapped up by a team who provide a great and friendly service. We'll be back!

    We stayed for a couple nights to do the Christmas markets in December the hotel it’s self is massive we was able to check in about 30 mins early and upon arrival to our room safe to say one of the best holiday rooms we’ve seen was absolutely massive extremely clean fitted with a seating area, table, kettle and complimentary hot drinks and also a free mini fridge which you are given a bottle of (SPARKLING WATER) and sparkling apple drink which was a nice touch from the hotel. We also chose to add the breakfast to our stay and so glad we did there’s something for everyone! From pastries and cereals to your complete full fry up goods or even some fresh fruit for those who want a healthier option. The hotel also has a large sized bar which was reasonably priced and offered a fantastic selection of beverages from local lagers to your more upmarket sprits once again something for everyone. The staff here were all fantastic and happy to help with any questions or concerns you have during your stay we would all happily return to this hotel if staying in Nuremberg the hotel location was a short walk from many shops and the train station and also close to a decent sized shopping centre.

    Arrival walking from the station with 2 kids was 'interesting'. The hotel sits adjacent to a fairly squalid red light area and within a few hundred meters before we at last arrived at the hotel lobby we were witness to a robbery, dodging between groups of sozzled middle aged men catcalling naked girls dancing in windows and the multiple puddles of vomit on the sidewalk. Was certainly an teaching experience. The newer family rooms are lovely and very comfortable but are advertised on the hotel's website as coming with a kitchenette which is always an added bonus with jet lagged kids, unfortunately this isn't the reality as only some have this facility -so perhaps they should amend their information.Breakfast is quite good with many choices but there are strangely many 'reserved' tables in premium spots, dressed with extra care such as larger flower arrangements and decorative touches. These were never seen to be in use and did cause some grumbling by guests wandering forlornly around the dining areas looking for a free table. Such an odd thing.Although within the old city walls the hotel is still quite a decent walk away from most areas of interest in the old town so this is something to be aware of.

    Pleasant surprise! Gorgeous room facing the inner courtyard with a balcony!

    It is true that the hotel is situated right next to the red light district, so I was particularly anxious leading up to our arrival. All my worries were put away upon settling into our room 255. + Room: We were allocated the family room with bunk beds (kids were over the moon!), which was exceptionally comfortable. Balcony was such a plus. For frigid temps, the hotel kept us toasty with heated bathroom floors and warm showers. + Location: Just a stone’s throw away from the smaller Christmas market. We also enjoyed the shopping stretch, littered with coffee shops and bakeries. The hotel is located about 20 mins by foot to Nuremberg Castle. Thanks for having us! We will be back!!! :)))
