    Stayed for 2 nights and this is the best hotel I’ve stayed in for a business trip! Rooms are large, extremely clean and appear newly decorated. Amazing walk in shower and the hot water was quickly hot. The room had a great office chair and table for working which was a bonus.Food and drinks are great value and staff are friendly and helpful. And there is help yourself free hot drinks 24/7!Excellent in every aspect and recommended.

    The hotel is in a great location close to restaurants, bars, a shopping mall and within easy walking distance to the train and bus station.The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful at all times. Breakfast is good and well organized.     Really nice hotel, convenient location near to a shop, the city centre, Christmas markets and the train station.Very clean, friendly staff and convenient restaurant.     Nice hotel in Erlangen

    Stayed here for one night for a conference. The location is very convenient, not far from the bus stop and the train station. Erlangen is a small town so the city centre was just a 5 min walk away. The room was great and the staff were very nice. The breakfast was actually fantastic, with lots of options.My only quibble is that the housekeeping came at 8 am which isn't great but it was all the worse on a Saturday morning. But they were still very nice and apologetic.     Fantastic stay at Holiday Inn Express Erlangen

    I had 2 fantastic brief stays at Holiday Inn Express Erlangen! Ms Hafenrichter with whom I dealt with throughtout most of my stay was truly customer focused despite being with the hotel only first few weeks at the time. She had very nice customer service and she also followed the IHG requirements seamless. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Ms Michaelis who was also super nice and efficient. The room was super clean and the breakfast super delicious! Having the opportunity, I would stay there again, and, I recommend this hotel, based on my 2 experiences, 100%! PS: the letter from the general manager was also a nice touch. Thanks to everyone who made my stays wonderful. Best of luck to you all.
