    Comfortable Stay

    Ample breakfast, easy in and out, parking, and laundry in the basement. A bonus was we needed the low emission zone car sticker (Umweltplakette) to enter certain cities, and you can get it right next door at TÜV! So glad that a guy at a nearby garage told us about it, because hotel staff, though helpful, didn't know where we could find it.

    One of the worst customer service experiences rude staff

    One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in any hotel was during my stay at this particular hotel. The check-in lady, Lucia, was extremely rude and have racist attitude also showed no recognition for my platinum status. She asked me to write my address on a paper, which I did, but for some reason, she couldn't understand my handwriting. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she shouted at me, which was shocking and unacceptable behavior towards a customer. Furthermore, she did not provide clear directions to the elevators when giving me the room key.During my interaction with Lucia, she even made negative comments about my departure from the reception, which was completely uncalled for. Her behavior was so bad that it made me question her suitability for the job. However, I must mention that the hotel is in a good location and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided was excellent.Unfortunately, the inappropriate behavior of the reception staff continued upon check-out. There were no greetings to the customers, and their behavior was again rude and unprofessional. This consistent poor behavior raises concerns about the overall service culture of the hotel.Lastly, it is disheartening to mention that I also felt that the behavior towards me was racially discriminatory. This type of behavior is deeply concerning and should not be tolerated in any establishment.

    Very good hotel for an overnight stay

    Stayed at this hotel for one night on my way to Italy. Nice, clean and spacious rooms with a good equipped bathroom. Breakfast is not luxurious but adequate to start the day. Good filter coffee by the way:-) The thing tat annoyed me was that we had to pay 6 euros to park on the premises…. This I think should be a (free) service for guests and the funny thing is that overnight parking is twice as expensive as a full day…!? Apart from that: recommendable!

    Last June 15-16, we stayed on this hotel overnight, the rooms are wonderfull and clean, and the recepcion staff are wonderful we have our check-in and check-out very fast. We just have minor comments on the limitted breakfast selection, during our stay they don’t have salads on the options.

    Good Holiday Inn Express by the highway and close to the train station

    I stayed 2 days for business in the hotel. It is walking distance from the train station (~10-15 min) and it is located just by the highway exit. The hotel is a standard Holiday Inn Express with nice rooms and good breakfast. There is not lunch/dinner service, thus you need to take have it outside. There is a pizza/pasta place right next door. It is quite a long walk from the hotel to the city center.
