    We stayed just one night but plenty of time to visit the bars and restaurants nearby. Really comfortable beds, really quiet area, quiet rooms. Lovely breakfast with plenty of healthy choices, freshly squeezed fruit juices. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and I would stay there again when we will transit Germany,

    At first glance this hotel looks awesome. Beautiful and clean, but the service is some of the worst we have ever had as a family. They charged us for breakfast that ended at 11:30. At 11:00 they decided they didn't want to serve us and told us to go elsewhere without an apology. They would NOT remove the charges for breakfast and charged us the full amount. The entire staff was hanging out at a large table in the back of the restaurant having a great time chatting and not working.The key to our room stopped working as we were trying to leave. We had to go up and down several times to try to get a working key. In the end the front desk worker had to travel up to our room to open the door. It was very uncomfortable and he pretty much just grunted at me. They need training in hospitality and customer service. Not sure if they know what either of those words mean. If you care about eating in the morning, don't stay here. They will take your money for a service they will never provide.     Super comfortable! Big room and near to the city central

    Beautiful hotel with nice decoration. Very comfortable room and near to the central city. Also Cinema and small Shopping center just at the opposite of the Hotel. Parking for 8 Euro/day is acceptable

    We were impressed about the quality of this hotel. The staff was very kind, the clealiness of the rooms were perfect and the whole experience was good. The room was very silent and great for a good night of sleep. Hotel was close to the train station, so it made our life easier to visit the city.

    The second time staying in 'the nit' and everything is great.Friendly staff. Rooms are, clean, has enough space and design is nice. Various and delicious breakfast. There are table soccer in the lobby.
