    A great place to stay to get your head down for a quiet nights sleep. Room was spacious and clean. Bed comfortable, shower was warm and powerful. All the staff I spoke to were friendly and helpful. Good location too. Only complaints- toilet was constantly running and wifi was very patchy.

    I had the misfortune to happen in this hotel, very high price, no air conditioning, no mini bar, street noise that did not allow you to sleep and a creepy carpet, full of dust with at least 50 years of use.The manager to whom I reported my point of view changed my room, she practically gave me a room that overlooked the parking lot with less noise, but it was a pity the shower door was missing!Clearly always without air conditioning, mini bar and with the smell of the dust of an old and dirty carpet.In my personal ranking only one hotel in Warsaw surpassed the indecency of this hotel.

    We stayed one night, the room was well cleaned, the bathroom well-equipped, and the bed comfortable; there was no air con, but there was a fan instead which worked alright for us. Lighting was very nice and well-arranged too. Little gummibears from Haribo on the pillows was a nice touch. Parking was paid (8 euro a night), but easy to access and use. The only glitch was that according to the hotel info, checkout time was 11am, while the lady at the reception desk insisted very much we check out at 10 instead. Also, it would be nice to have something warm to drink in the evening, but there were only cold drinks available at the machine downstairs and no kettle in the room.

    The hotel is not in the centre of the city and the surroundings are not great. To get to the centre, one needs to walk for about 25 mins or simply take a taxi. However, there is a bakery, a pharmacy and a caffe in the vicinity. No air con.

    This was an excellent hotel with very good breakfast. The room size was very generous. The staff were very helpful. Good transport links by tram, and bus into centre. Wonderful city to explore and plenty to do.
