    Very nice Hotel, big comfortable room with all the amenities, nice bathroom.Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Polite and helpful staff.     Booked for our business trip. Nicely located, close to highway connections.Hotel was clean, nice big rooms.Breakfast was good.What stood out for was the quality of the restaurant.     Yet another wonderful stay at the Tillypark. Every staff member we came into contact with was incredible - very helpful and pleasant. We love this hotel and it feels like coming home, in fact, we didn't want to leave! 😄 The restaurant deserves a special mention - amazing choice for breakfast and excellent food in the evening.     When lack of interest and service changes everything!

    We stayed at this hotel as a group attending a trade show in Nuremberg. Location is good being close to the U-bahn.Service level was questionable, but with a decent breakfast buffet.My low score is actually based on my experience after having left the hotel.I forgot a pair of trousers in the room and only realized after having returned home.I immediately reached out to the hotel, believing that my own mistake could easily be corrected, as I could give exact room number to the reception. My bad….. Very little interest in helping and no possibility of locating the trousers. After a couple of attempts, I reached out to the hotel manager, who in all faieness wrote to me once she was back in the office (2 days later).As much as I can only blame myself for being forgetful, I still find it very strange that a hotel cannot manage to locate a lost item like this. The lack of interest and support ensures that I (and we as a group) will not return to this hotel.     We stayed at this hotel 2 nights. Very handy for the underground direct into the city centre within 5 minutes. Very comfortable room. Private parking. We ate just 1 night here and we chose the cod which was beautifully presented and delicious. Breakfast was okay but the morning waitress was very unfriendly, we tried to speak to her but to no avail! Complete contrast to the evening waiters and waitresses who were extremely friendly and welcoming!Would recommend this hotel if you want to stay out of the city!
