  Practical but not welcoming.

  I was told that the reception was staffed 24/7. However, nobody mentioned that if you arrive late, there’s only a self check-in machine available. Since no booking number was shown in the app, I had to call the hotel. It worked eventually, but it’s the last thing you want to deal with after a long journey. Please hire someone to be there at night! The hotel feels very impersonal, the long hallways remind me of “The Shining,” and the rooms are small, ugly, merely clean and practical, but noisy. Bed and bathroom are fine. Overall: forget it — never again!

  Good hotel for the short business trips

  My room was quite small, maybe because I had just one bed inside of the room, but on the other hand, breakfast was OK and also the price for stay. I stayed there for 5 days /4 nights. The bathroom was also not so big, but for the stay it was sufficient. Parking availibility could be better.

  I have been in Novina Sleep Inn only for one night, but I have got very surprised by the service I have received from them, especially from one of their employee: Sonja. I have called the day before to inform that I was going to have a late check-in and she has been so nice to inform me about the automatic machine to do the self-check-in. The day after when I arrived to the hotel was 5 minute before the end of the turn of Sonja (21:55) and she check-in me as usual, but I was hungry and instead to just give an indication, she given me solution. She called the restaurant to place my order in German (I do not speck german), she informed me that the restaurant was accepting only defined kind of credi cards, as I did not had those cards, so she indicated to me where can I find an ATM to take cash.   Poor service and filthy room

  Stayed for 2 nights when visiting adidas- The room’s floor was filthy (see pictures) full of dust and hairs- The bed had big long hairs (see pictures) in sheets and pillow- It’s located 1,5 km from the centre of village, and only thing around it are supermarkets- Staff is not nice or attentive, usually there’s no one in reception Christine W, Manager at Novina Sleep Inn, responded to this review Thank you for your rating and the related feedback. We are very sorry that you had such a bad experience. We will speak to the responsible cleaning staff about their insufficiently cleaned room and also inform the housekeeping staff that they have to check the rooms better. Did you report this situation to the reception? Maybe they could have given you another room or arranged for a touch-up. Nevertheless, cleanliness is the be-all and end-all of a hotel. We will take care. The front desk is usually open from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. and the staff are there. Every now and then a guest may have a wish or need help. Then the staff will be happy to help, of course, and will not be at the reception for a moment.We would be very happy if you would visit us again and get an idea of ​​the improvements.   Clean rooms,nice breakfast,and close to the highway

  Nice modern but small room. It was clean with a nice spacious shower. Small walk (2km) to the center of town with a lot of restaurants(definitely check Bayerischer Hof restaurant).Nice hotel for a short stay and close to the highway. Breakfast is fine, nothing special.
