    Ok to stay, but look for other options next time if possible.

    Close to subway. Walking distance to old city which has lots of good restaurants. Try to get room on upper floors. AC only available in summer. Ask front desk for a fan if needed. Iron and ironing board are available, but you have to ask the front desk to get them.     Despite its good location and pleasant hotel the understaffing causes too many issue.Our experience;1. Waiting for 30 minutes in reception to check in. Only 1 staff member in the hotel who was doing a "security check around the hotel".2. The advertised bar was not open once during our stay.3. The curtain in the room was damaged which meant the room was very bright for sun up.4, Room cleaning very poor.5. On complaint we were not taken seriously and the issues were not considered a real problem.     Great Place to stay in Nuremburg

    My partner and I stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson Nurnberg on our trip to see the Christmas markets. We found the hotel distance from the markets reasonable to walk each night, and felt safe doing so. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful, when answering all our questions about navigating around the city. Their English was stellar but we witnessed they were equally fluent in German. The daily breakfast was delicious and so worth the additional price added to the stay and started each of our touring days off on the right foot. On site parking was convenient and reasonable in price, although we didn't need to use our car since everything we wanted to see was within walking distance.
