  I stayed at the for one night on my way to a conference in Berlin. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the station, and across the road from the old city centre so an ideal base for seeing Nurenburg. Not sure how new the hotel is but the taxi from the airport didn’t know it, but getting dropped off at the station was fine. Despite arriving on a late-night flight check-in was quick and easy. Good sized room with a desk, and the usual comfortable premier inn bed. Good wi-fi, and sockets by the bed. The room was quite despite overlooking the busy railway, Can’t comment on the aircon but the room was a comfortable temperature despite it being well below freezing outside. Good warm shower. I didn’t take breakfast as I has an early train to catch.

  We stayed here for one night while visiting the Christmas market. While the location and parking were convenient, our overall experience was extremely disappointing.There was no safe in the room, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. As a result, I had to leave my jewelry on the bedside table, and during our stay, my Tiffany bracelet went missing.I contacted the hotel immediately, but the response was simply that housekeeping “did not find anything.” There was no real effort to investigate further or show any concern. The handling of this situation felt dismissive and unprofessional.While I understand hotel policies regarding liability, the lack of basic security measures combined with the poor response is very concerning. This incident completely overshadowed our stay.We will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel.

  This is a no frills, very affordable hotel. Rooms are small, but clean with a shower and toilet. Room house keeping on request. Breakfast is basic but good. This is an affirdable hotel right at the Alt Stadt.

  I booked the family room, was a little disappointed as thought it would be bigger. The bed was comfy though, and it was great they had happy hour every night. However the air con wasn't the best and it was quite noisy and there were horrible stains on the walls which really should have been cleaned.Good location.

  Decent Services, with Room for Clarification and Improvement

  Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there are a few aspects that could be improved. Upon arrival, we were informed that coffee would be complimentary, even if we didn’t opt for breakfast. However, on one of the days, we were charged for it, while on the other days it was offered free of charge. A clearer and more consistent communication on this matter would be appreciated.Regarding the parking, it is quite limited, and in the evenings, after returning from outings, it was sometimes difficult to find a spot. It would have been helpful if the front desk staff had offered a more proactive solution.Other than that, the staff was friendly, and the overall conditions of the hotel were good.
