    We stayed at the Sheraton in early May 2026. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We purchased the optional breakfast buffet and enjoyed the food and service that the Sheraton provided. The staff overall was very professional and helpful. The wait staff at the breakfast buffet were especially friendly and accommodating. We couldn't ask for a better location for a hotel. It was a few minutes walk to and from the train station and not much farther to the heart of Nuremberg's spectacular sightseeing areas.

    I stayed for two nights.Suite not available so they gave me a large room big enough for somersault!Breakfast and a decent dinner with entree, main, dessert and fruits, and alcohol served during happy hours served in main restaurant.I liked how it featured local food and beers!The actual lounge mainly for non alcoholic drinks and all days snacks including salad and desserts.Gym has dumbbells up to 20kg and double pulley system so very adequate but no machines.The check in Middle Eastern man and the older blond German woman in restaurant during dinner were both excellent.

    Great hotel close to the train station and a few minutes walk to old town. Great room, comfortable beds, great shower, staff was fantastic and parking was easy.

    Exceptional stay

    This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. We also came for the Christmas market in Nov/Dec. This is one of my favourite hotels. We were greeted like old friends on arrival and given the same room as last time which I had requested in advance ( thank you Miriam). Lovely staff and facilities. Very clean and restaurant is excellent. Special thanks to Ahmed for everything he helped us with. Special thanks to Sabine in the restaurant who gave us excellent service. Extra special thanks to Corina at breakfast who not only gave us exceptional service but also remembered our coffee orders from our last visit. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and we look forward to our next visit.

    Central Location but Tired

    Stayed 3 nights at this property. The customer service is good but the overall feel is an establishment that needs someair breathed into it. The rooms are tired, the restaurant is tired and overall feel is like walking into the 1990s. The club lounge really isn't a club lounge but a spot that doesn't get used much. I just get the feeling the place survives on its name and not by its current presentation. Having said this, there wasn't anything horrible about the place, just nothing that draws me back and definitely not up to most Sheraton standards. Good points: 1. Gym/ fitness was adequate 2. Customer service3. Location next to old town / train stationPoints for improvement 1. Room decor2. Restaurant area3. Common areas4. Parking prices Overall - probably wouldn't stay for the price point unless I needed the nights to make staus with BonVoy.
