  Very disappointing experience and unprofessional service at TRYP by Wyndham Rosenheim.Before our arrival, we communicated clearly via e-mail that we were 4 adults and 2 small children, booking two rooms, one of which would accommodate 2 adults with 2 kids. The hotel confirmed our request without mentioning any restrictions or issues regarding children.Upon arrival, we were asked to pay the full room charge in advance, before even seeing the room. When we entered, we realized that no baby beds had been prepared, despite our prior written request. At the reception we were then told that only three people are allowed per room, so two baby beds could not be added — and that the hotel allegedly had only one baby bed in total, which is hard to believe for a hotel operating under an international brand.When we explained that this did not match the terms agreed by e-mail and requested a refund, the receptionist initially refused and behaved dismissively. Only after insisting firmly did they reluctantly agree to refund the payment, showing clear irritation. To make matters worse, the receptionist then told us that we should “never come back to this hotel again.”This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and far below the standards expected from the Wyndham brand. The communication was misleading, the customer service unprofessional, and the overall attitude toward guests — especially families — was disrespectful.Rooms may be average, but the service quality was unfriendly, unreliable, and far from international hospitality standards.Not recommended for families or anyone expecting basic professionalism and honesty.   The hotel is very conveniently located near restaurants and shops. There’s a parkinglot underneath and it’s close to the highway. The room was road-side and comfortable, althought I peronally missed a Coffeemaker and water boiler. The noiselevel from outside was very ok, with window closed we couldn’t hear much noise. From inside the hotel it was the other way around. People walking the halls sounded like they were inside your room, very noisy!Despite this we’ve had an ok night and left early to continue our trip. The breakfast was fine, with enough choice and fresh coffee on the table.I would definately reconsider as a travel stop, although not for more than a night due to the noiselevel from inside.   We came to this hotel during a family emergency and they were very helpful and accommodating, especially as we didn't speak any German ! We ended up having to extend our stay and they were so helpful, we didn't have to move rooms .   This hotel is nicely located at the city center. It is an older hotel. There is no A/C in the rooms so it was hot. Window can be opened but even though the temperatures dropped to 13 degrees the room didn’t cool down. Breakfast is 13 euro but we opted to go out to a bakery in the morning and save half the money.   Great little hotel

  This is one of the better hotels in Rosenhiem and I have stayed in a few. Hotel is clean with spotless, comfortable beds. Rooms are nice and clean and a good size. Shower room was quite small but but fully functional. Breakfast was good and staff are friendly. My room wasn't quite ready at checkin and staff were very apologetic and couldn't do enough for me offering complimentary drink. Definitely return.
