  It was a beautiful hotel. We loved everything about it. The breakfast was good and you had a lot of choices. Our room was very big.

  Upsetting experience that should have been a nice stay

  We stayed in their satellite building across the street. It was dark and depressing. The pictures will tell why I was and still am upset and disgusted. Having said that, the location was perfect and the breakfast was wonderful. We took advantage of the breakfast and the lounge in the main building. Hopefully, the accommodations in the main building are nothing like what we experienced

  The day I arrived was a mad house! I was very stressed from trying to drive and park at the hotel due to the Christmas Market. When I finally was able to get to the front desk and check-in, the associate was very kind in helping me. While we decided to go with the valet service that my friends hotel offered, I appreciated the attempt made by the associate to assist me. The room on the other hand was lovely. My home away from home. The view was great (even better in the summer I bet!!) and the bouquet of flowers left for me was amazing!! Beautiful! Bathroom was unusual with a sunken shower, but a fun new experience! All & all my stay was wonderful, room was very cozy and accommodating and dinning at the hotel very good. We had an awesome Christmas dinner that i doubt I'll ever forget!! Thank you Hotel Eisenhut! i hope to see you again in the future!!

  What a great hotel. Staff were very helpful and polite, rooms were in keeping with the style of the hotel and city. The location is probably the best hotel in the old town. Right next door to the town hall and all of the main Christmas markets. Restaurant is also good for dinner, the pumpkin soup is amazing. We frequented the local cafes/bakeries for breakfast which was a good option for us.
