Enjoyable stay

Rothenburg was an unbelievable trip definitely worth the visit . Really glad that we chose to visit. Seamless check-in and out. Staff were friendly despite a language problem especially at breakfast. Breakfast was good although not much for dairy and gluten intolerances. My Wife unfortunately suffers with both. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Ideally situated and within walking distance to all tourist sites. Hopefully will be able to visit Rothenburg again sometime in the future.

Very accommodating

Centrally located, cute, cozy, very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable, bed was very nice and soft. Staff were so wonderful and friendly, so accommodating, to the point that they gave us lunch boxes to take with us in the morning of our departure since we were going to be out too early before breakfast. And the food on the restaurant was amazing!!Thanks again!!!

Good but not perfect

Nice hotel in the centre of town - we stayed 2 nights. Nice bedroom but they charge extra for a bottle of water! They also charge extra for use of the air conditioning!!! This is ridiculous. Nice en-suite bathroom (no lock on door) Small tv Comfortable bed No fridge Some external noise from road Very good breakfast with a wide range of excellent foods… but no tomatoes) We also ate in the restaurant one evening… good traditional German food, good wine, good service but busy so need to reserve a table in advance

Was it a coincidence? Can they rectify the situation.......

The building was completely different from the one shown in the hotel's advertisement; significantly, there was no fridge in the room, even though the hotel is supposed to be a four-star establishment.Below of expectations

Great location, lacking comfort and amenities

The location was great and the room was nice. It could have been cleaner as there were hairs on the floor. Loved having the windows and flowers. However, the bed wasn’t comfortable at all and the buffet was lacking fresh produce options and I don’t think the juices were fresh. The dinner was great at the restaurant. The heavy key was a novelty but a burden to carry. The towels were rough and not soft. Wasn’t a bad stay but I’d look for another option.
