  While the hotel is not exactly handicap accessible the staff made every effort to accommodate. While not wheel chair accessible it is accessible for people with limited mobility. As the building dates back to the 1500s there are small steps in hallways that make it harder to navigate, but with canes and 2 rollators, we found it very manageable. The hotel restaurant had wonderful local food and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was not fancy, but the food was fresh and filling if you go away hungry, it's your own fault. Will definitely stay here again if we come back.

  The room was clean and spacious. Helpful check in service, spoke English well. Parking on site. Hotel is Close to activities, such as Christmas markets and shops in town. Good breakfast, enjoyed fresh selection. Def see night watchman tour!

  Better close place like that, that don’t respect the guest and are rude, plus bed bugs everywhere. the behavior of the crazy and arrogant owner to yell at customers is unacceptable. Rothemburg is lovely but this place should be shut down due to the way it is kept and run.

  Fun hotel with good A/C (if requested), restaurant staff unfriendly

  The room was spacious and just fine for our needs. Requested a room with A/C and was not disappointed. The desk staff were accommodating and friendly. The main gentleman seating people for dinner could have been a lot more friendlier. He was rather abrupt and several people wanted to sit in front of the hotel to enjoy their meal. He simply pointed to the Bier Garden with no explanation.The hotel is kind of funky with rooms situated on different levels and what seemed to be across connecting buildings. Many people were looking for they rooms and Mom and I got turned around more than once. The lift only went to one floor so we walked down one flight to walk across the building To catch the lift, then around a corner and up some steps back to the other building. I thought it was fun and gave the place old world charm.

  Horrible staff behaviour. Worst experience. Definite No GO!

  Though the place is a prime location, the standard of staff behaviour is way too low. Given these challenging times, the staff do not have even basic etiquette to clarify questions. The staff simply starts yelling at us! A horrible experience that too for such a "3-star" hotel. The hotel is way overrated. Would not recommend this place to anyone. There are way better hotels to stay with a better experience!
