    A fantastic hotel in the perfect place with a great restaurant.

    This is a beautiful hotel and right near both castles. As we were eating dinner, we could look out the window and see Neuschwanstein Castle. What a beautiful view! Our accommodations were pretty luxurious as far as what we usually stay in but we were exactly in the right place to get to the castles easily. The breakfast was a lavish buffet but cost extra. Parking was free but very limited-you could unload your luggage and then drive down the hill because the very few parking spaces next to the hotel were always taken. The staff were very helpful and the room was simply gorgeous. It was a large room with a round seating area and table, large windows that showed an amazing view of the mountains, a 2 room bathroom with bidet, and lots of woodwork, plus a safe and closet area. It was definitely luxurious for us. It was very clean and very quiet. Just outside our room was where you could get a carriage ride to the castles which we didn't choose because I own horses so a carriage ride is nothing I was interested in. I think this cost more than what we would normally spend for 2 nights at a hotel but it was definitely worth it because it was really nice, the views fantastic, and we were right where we needed to be to get to where we wanted to go. It was close to both castles and a short walk to the Museum of the Bavarian Kings. The restaurant was excellent as well. What more could you ask for? It was the perfect place. And they spoke English which was very helpful.

    We arrived mid-day so it was very busy with tourists, but the parking at the hotel was free and it's centrally located. We were right across the road from the trail up to Marienbrücke and the castle and only a few minutes walk from the trails around Alpsee. Our room didn't have a view of Neuschwanstein, but it was still lovely with lots of space and very comfortable. We were also given a discount card for their souvenir shop and two drink tickets for their restaurant. In our experience, the price was worth the stay for sure.

    Stunning Traditional Hotel!

    Absolutely beautiful fairytale hotel, just like the pictures. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and welcoming, we didn’t arrive until midnight but it wasn’t an issue. We stayed in a double room that was spotless, we even had a little turret we could sit in. Breakfast is served in the dining room with views of the castle, hot and cold choices.

    We stayed here recently and really enjoyed our stay. Lovely hotel and the room. The staff is nice, especially the front desk team. Wonderful people! Nice location in the historical building. There are two castles that are worth visiting. The hotel has also got wonderful restaurant, nice breakfast. Nearby got public transport station, available free parking at the hotel

    We stayed at hotel Müller for 3 nights. It is beautifully located between the 2 castles.The room was ok. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 mattrasses were terrible: one was on an angle (people must have sat on one side) and the kids mattress was hard like a plank.The hotel isn't very soundproof. Our room was next to the elevator. Everytime the elevator went up and down, we could hear this loud and clearly. Also our room was above the restaurant, so we woke up when the staff started preparing breakfast.The hotel style is quite outdated, almost a bit spooky. Compared to other places we stayed at this hotel was very overpriced.
