  Rooms could be updated. There is a rust in the shower. Maid didn't cleaned our room in the morning.You need to pay extra for the parking, which I don't understand why.Breakfast is mediocre at best. When guest eat all of the fruits, they don't fill the fruit basket. You need to ask them to give you some fruit. And then she asks you how many kiwis you want.Receptionists were OK. Our rooms have been renovated 2 years ago. So they are in good condition. There are signs in the elevator and in the room, that due to sustainabilty we just clean on demand. You just have to tell the recption one day before or when checking in. In Germany in 99 percent of the hotels you have to pay extra for parking, maybe it is just your first time here. Regarding the fruits i will talk to my colleagues from breakfast, however we have cut fruits and fruit salad too and the fruit is not for take anyway.We would be happy to convince you from our service next time, but maybe a 4 or 5 star hotel can fullfill your expectations better.Kind regards Christine Benker, Operations Manager

  The room it’s spacious, the bed is very comfortable and it is also good that it is cleaned every tree days, or upon request. Bathroom clean and modern. Parking at the hotel, but you can find free parking on the street. Very attentive and friendly staff. The train station it is 5 min walk. Very good quality price!   A nice and comfortable hotel in the outskirts

  This is a relatively basic, but pretty comfortable hotel, completely in German minimalistic, but ergonomic style. Warm, very nice beds, bathroom is OK, comfortable chair and desk, great wifi. Carpets need replacing, but are actually clean, just look a bit overused. Location is also convenient - 5 minutes walking from an U-Bahn station, which takes you directly to the city centre in about 20 minutes. Not so convenient from the airport, because you have to change a few means of transport, but still under 30 minutes away from it - even though it's actually very close to it geographically. The only minor flaws I found were in customer service - but they came from one and the same receptionist, so maybe I just wasn't lucky. First, this person didn't even know about the StuttCard (a special museum and public transport card for tourists) that the hotel advertises to be offering in their website. And second, at check-out he told me I "only" have to pay for the breakfast for 3 days (that I didn't have even once). After I insisted that I haven't had it at all, he said "OK". Strange, isn't it? If somebody else used my room number, he should at least tell me that was the case, check my signature, and decide then. But just "OK"? Very suspicious. Not German at all.

  This hotel is located in a business/industrial area close to the main highway A8, the Exhibition & Trade Center and the airport and has a close-by S-Bahn stop with trains to downtown Stuttgart. Hotel is quite, clean and personnel very nice. The hotel garage however offers very narrow parking spaces.
