  Excellent, great Hotel

  We stayed in this hotel and it’s not the first time. It’s simply great and the service is friendly and hospitality is great. The rooms are perfect and you feel very comfortable. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and were sitting in the terrasse. Very beautiful and the food was very good. Variety of choice and great wine card. Can only recommend when staying in Metzingen and enjoying the Outlet City.

  Full of pleasant surprises!

  We selected this Hotel as a "stopover" en route to Austria and because of the Outlet stores in Metzingen.The first pleasant surprise was the friendly telephone support we received when we called-in a late arrival. This was followed by an offer to reserve a table at their restaurant, which turned out to be a huge surprise. The meals were excellent and the service impeccable.'The rooms were clean and comfortable.Finally, the team was "tested" as our son had forgotten his bite plate (orthodontic) in the room. The room staff had retrieved and recorded it, and we were able to get it returned via DHL collection within days!Our compliments to an excellent Team! We shall certainly recommend this hotel to all our friends and hope to return soon.

  Very disappointed in this hotel, it dose not deserve 4star. It’s hygienically not clean, see the photos from the bathroom and the dusted table.. 2 bottles in the bathroom has no soap, at night no staff available at all even at reception. Towels are smelly.Surprisingly some of the rooms is Air Conditioned and some are not, it’s your luck. The only advantage this hotel has is location. We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay with us. However, we can assure that all rooms are hygienically cleaned. We are using 180°C hot micro-steam to clean all our rooms 100% hygienic, antibacterial and anti viral. Also, it is much healthier for our cleaning staff and our guests. The things you pointed out are definitely not a normal situation, but must‘ve been a human mistake on that day - we sincerely apologize for that and have already discussed these human mistakes with our team. The reception is not staffed 24h in our hotel, but has the required opening hours as a 4-star hotel. However, we are 24h a day available via telephone and have security at the hotel at night for our guests. About the A/C - correct: unfortunately not all the rooms have it yet. This is because of the different stages, the hotel was built in. The newer rooms have thermal cooling instead of A/C, which is much more environmental friendly and works quite well for a cool feeling in the room.We‘d be very happy to get a second chance, were we can proof that we can do much better than you described it and sending you all the best wishes from Metzingen.

  Hotel near outlet city

  We stayed one night at this hotel. It is walking distance to the outlet city. The bathroom is not exactly enclosed . Once you opened the door the shower area is next to the main door . It is a glass enclosure so there is totally no privacy. The wash basin of our room is across the shower enclosure and you will have to walk past it to get to the bed. Everything is compact and there’s not much space . Fortunately, the toilet has a door . They didn’t provide any coffee capsules so we got to request for them. There are some free parking spaces outside the hotel and you can park for free. Checking in and out were easy. Many companys have a budget for their business travellers and prefer smaller, practibal rooms. From your description, you were staying in a single room for double use (which is usually communicated to our guests upfront). We have another 3 room categories with double room standard (larger bed, bathroom, etc.). They're called "Large", "Garden" and "Atelier/Studio". We'd be happy to welcome you in one of these categories next time. About the coffee - we apologize - a nespresso coffee machine as well as mineral water is complimentary provided in all our rooms.   Perfect hotel for shopping tour

  This hotel is located right in the center of the outlet city of Metzingen - walking distance to basically everything. The room was clean and nice and it had all you needed, while the staff was very service minded and friendly. Last but not least, they are running an excellent and recommendable restaurant.
