  Very unsanitary rooms and terrible service

  Thankfully we only stayed in this hotel for a single night. When we arrived, the necessary access card for the parking we had pre-paid for wasn't provided upon check-in and we had to speak to the front desk twice to get the access card for the parking garage. When we got to the room the bathroom smelled like it had been recently used and not cleaned. Later that night when we returned to the room and were getting in bed we noticed dried blood stains on multiple parts of the sheets and mattress and the front desk was closed for the night so we didn't sleep on the bed.After checking out the next morning, we contacted the hotel to inform them of the state of our room and they claimed they couldn't prove our claims even though we provided pictures and videos because we hadn't immediately brought the concern to the front desk (which was closed). They then claimed that we had waited multiple days to bring this to their attention when we had discovered the issue 9 hours ago and checked out an hour earlier. Due to this, they would not apologize or provide a refund for our stay and suggested if we wanted a refund we should pursue legal action.This is the least hygienic, organized, and hospitable hotel we have ever stayed in and will never return to a B&B hotel again.

  Couldn’t access paid parking and room smelt

  Prepaid for parking when I made the booking weeks ago. We were going to arrive late at night/early morning so I rang to advise them so and asked if that’s ok. The staff member at the hotel said that’s completely fine as checkin is via the online screen at the hotel. Upon arrival I checked in and it asked if I would like the PIN code for entry emailed to me. I said yes but also took a photo of the code on the screen. Thankful that I did that as the code never arrived by email and I don’t know how I would have got into my room then. Anyway, I then went to park the car in the carpark and thought it would be the same code on the entry keypad to the gate - but it wasn’t. If the hotel are going to advise online checkin is fine at any time then the checkin screen needs to provide PIN code for the parking if that’s already been paid for. I got a refund for the unused parking the next day but it shouldn’t have been hard to advise me how I could have entered the parking that I had prepaid. Onto the room, clearly it’s a budget hotel along the lines of a travelodge but the smell in the bathroom was a terrible stale smell which was also in the bedroom. Carpet was also very thin and rough. Wouldn’t stay here again.

  Lovely hotel great if you want the Porsche Museum however we will probably stay central Stuttgart next time.

  was cheap compared to centralStuttgart and if you like Porsche youwill love the location plus train 5 minwalk away. Great vending machinereally reasonable and could get coffeeand snacks. Reception very polite andtook decent size though I could smellsewerage in the bathroom often.I didn’t like the fact it's absolutely nowhere near any coffee shop, bar oranything apart from offices and agorgeous bakery only open Monday toFriday Sieffels. just around the cornerplus at weekends trains are every halfhour not great when you are tired. Fewtimes had to close the window at 6amas people in the courtyard talking realloud. Check out is 12 noon howeverthis guy cleaner opened the door to our friends bedroom as they were leaving One last thing don’t even think about UBER taxis or taxis they are megga expensive cost is 40 euros for a 6Km journey plus 88 euros from the airport to this hotel.

  Great place, very value price. Near Porshe museo and good bakery. Breakfast was basick. Parking ok and easy. Room was clean and bed was littlebit too soft. No food places near so that is big minus, only fast food is near (1km) staff was helpfull and kind

  We were crossing Germany by car and needed a place to sleep near the Porsche museum. The hotel is very clean. Beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was very adequate for the low-cost. Walking distance to the museum for anyone into cars. It is not a fancy hotel, but a tremendous value for people who want nice on a budget
