  Extremely dirty hotel and very bright. Ueberell dirty and mold in the room and staff is extremely unhelpful. They'll also try to cheat guests financially and request double payment. Get your hands off this shitty hotel. Originally submitted in German on www.tripadvisor.de. View originals.

  A Nightmare Stay - Strongly Discourage Considering Centro Park Hotel Stuttgart

  Our recent experience at Centro Park Hotel in Ostfildern has left us utterly disappointed, prompting us to share our ordeal on TripAdvisor as a warning to potential guests.We had booked a three-night stay from September 5 to 8, and right from the start, issues arose. The automated check-in machine, intended to replace human reception, was out of order. Our late arrival stranded us outside, unable to check in. After a frustrating 15-minute call, we were promised assistance in 20 minutes (though we ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes outside). To compound matters, one of our team members' rooms wasn't registered, and they had to settle for another guest's room.Later that night, another team member arrived around 11 pm, and the individual who eventually opened the door made her wait outside for approximately twenty minutes before allowing her in.The mismanagement persisted with no available drinks in the lobby and a lack of bottled water in the rooms—unacceptable for any hotel, especially one associated with a reputable chain.We stayed at Centro Park Hotel for professional reasons, and the experience as guests was absolutely inexcusable, all in the presence of our client.We want to highlight that we had to apologize to our client for the dysfunctional and disrespectful behavior of Centro Hotel's staff and management, which is not only embarrassing for the hotel in Ostfildern but highly inappropriate. What we experienced in this hotel was absolutely disrespectful.Their proposed solution for reimbursement? A paltry voucher for 200 euros...Never again will we choose this establishment.Disheartened and Disappointed

  Good for the price once refurbished!

  We stayed here in early March for couple of nights over a weekend. Hotel is only 5 mins walk from metro and bus station. So really easy to access with good connectivity from airport and city centre. There is also parking available onsite. First impression was bit scary. Thought i lost my money. The building was still covered in scaffolding and reception was closed. This was never mentioned in the booking. Thankfully the automatic checkin machine issued our key card. Inside the situation was the same. Dust all over, walls still not painted and a noisy lift! So all bad till we reached the room. The room on the other hand was throughly refurbished, clean and fresh. We were probably one of the first few to ever use it. There was bit of road noise at night but nothing too bad. We managed to get a good nights undisturbed sleep. Good facilities in the room. No safe or kettle but had a coffee maker and hair drier. Bed was comfortable and offers good support. Would have rated higher if it was not under construction. There was a poster saying its getting completed in May. So should be pretty good after that.

  Convenient but noisy road on one side !!

  The location of the hotel is very convenient (about 15min from the airport in taxi; little less than 10min of Esslingen in taxi) but I had a simple bedroom on the 3rd floor looking out over a very passing road (up to 1 am and restarting at about 5 am...) and my sleep suffered from the non-stop passing vehicles during all 3 nights I spent here... Therefore, I HIGHLY recommend you ask for a room on the other side of the hotel, not exposed to the road.Otherwise, the hotel looks very recent and clean. My bathroom was all new, very bright, that was appreciable. My bed was cracking loudly every time I'd move though - as if passing cars were not sufficient. Although the fruit salad tasted very industrial, the morning breakfast was rather well-stocked. But that's the least you would expect from a 3-star hotel after only a few hours of sleep.

  Basic Option Near Stuttgart Airport

  The hotel offers a basic accommodation option near the Stuttgart airport. No thrills, but clean, quiet, and relatively large room. The airport is about 15 minutes by taxi. The only complaint I have is that the bed was rather hard and just one pillow which is not enough for me. Breakfast also rather basic but fine.
