    The most appalling hotel experience ever. The light circuit didn’t work, it was either a headache inducing glaring neon or complete darkness. When we asked for a room change we were told it was “perfectly normal” and to remove the key-card when we wanted to sleep. No kettle in the room (hotel claims to be 4 stars), only German TV, and the staff - all bar 1 - were unhelpful to the point of being rude. There is nowhere to complain in the website and every single email I have sent for a full or partial refund is being ignored.

    Stayed 2 nights for Scotland v Hungary game, double bed booked but 2 singles together, basic breakfast, reception staff helpful and friendly, clean and tidy, served purpose for our visit, close to bus stop also train station within walking distance

    Please explain why the Hotel does not say that it has refugees staying there.The smell in the lobby area was foul. There were many people milling about and I was later informed that the hotel has refugees staying there. Why is this not advertised.

    Completely overpriced, and definitely not a 4-star hotel, felt like a scam!I booked two "comfort" double rooms with King sized bed. The corridor outside the room smelled rather unpleasant. When we opened the door to the room we were shocked to find a large white empty room, with one king-sized bed in the corner next to the window. There was no sofa / table for lounging, there was not desk, there was no chair -- not even a telephone in the room. It looked very unpleasant, like a hospital room. There were also no towels in the bathroom. We immediately cancelled. Don't waste your money on the Dormero - there are better options nearby.

    parking is nearly at a premium, and the elevator to the floor was not working, so we had to schlepp all of our luggage up. The breakfast was good. Its a walk to the Theaters so that is great. There was a somewhat confusing note about the rooms only being cleaned once a week or so.
