    Great proximity and a short walk to Central Stuttgart

    Fantastic and friendly hotel and on arrival on the 25/02/26 for two nights the very kind lady manager Sylvia welcomed myself, my son and the rest of the Glasgow Celtic Supporters. The bedrooms were lovely and clean. Lovely variety and choice of food for breakfast. Great value for money.

    The hotel is a bit of a disaster right now. Issues are as follows:1 - Major construction ongoing2 - No heat3 - Lack of blankets4- Tiny uncomfortable bedsThere were a few positives such as:1 - Room rate less than $1002 - The location was great3 - Staff really tried their best to make things comfortable4 - Breakfast was very tasty

    A horror kind of 1 star hotel. A shame for IHG! RUN AWAY!!!

    Full under construction, lack of politeness, no English speaking receptionist, no water on tap in the middle of the day, cold rooms, no attention paid gor the customer needs / requests from the booking. A SHAME FOR IHG!!!Because of this experience I stopped using IHG as a Diamond Elite member.

    25 minutes walk from the train station. Clean fairly large room with nice balcony. Clean and tidy. Hotel supplies kettle but you need to bring your own tea, coffee and cups if you want a brew. Sylvia Blossom who works on reception was exceptional! She was really friendly and helped us out on many occasions. The disabled access was via the garage, that was the only drawback.

    Simple but comfortable rooms. Be aware that only some have air conditioning. Comfy beds. Breakfast was very good. Amazingly quiet at night even with windows open, very little street noise. About 2-3 blocks from a major S bahn (local train) stop so very easy to get around.
