    Avoid this hotel if possible. Poor quality rooms, mediocre service, noisy in a night from the streets. And it is not cheap.

    Great location. Great value. Outstanding customer service! I am sold on this place! The bar is open 24/7. They are staffed around the clock and have on site parking.     The staff was the best, very professional and polite.We had a group of 20 people which is not easy to deal with.They handled it perfectly, service was great.We are staying there on a regular basis with big groups.Location is good and central.     Outdated room, a weird bed sheet (with a sensation of cold and wetness), but ... accommodating staff, a convenient carpark (extra charge, though) and a decent breakfast. Good choice for a night in the heart of the city.

    One IBIS is like the other with its prefabricated rooms and the excellent mattresses. Only differences in IBIS hotels is the noise level (apart from construction work outside in the morning the IBIS Heilbronn was very quiet) and the quality of staff. Everybody was very friendly.
