    The room air conditioning wasn’t working, it was too hot to sleep. When reception was notified the guy said ‚it’s not hot enough outside, for the AC to work‘….. offered a tiny discount and even smaller fan. Opened the window and it was too loud.     A quiet and clean hotel with excellent breakfasts, and a convenient location for visiting the local exhibition center—the local train station is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, from where you can easily reach the Stuttgart Exhibition Center in 40 minutes.     Great rooms, restaurant closes early

    The rooms here are great. Nothing fancy like a good coffee machine sadly but clean, comfortable, sockets next to the bed to charge phones , a good shower etc.Breakfast was brilliant and has enough choice to keep everyone happy.All in all better than average.     Amazing reception very accommodating and helpful. The room itself is very nice and clean. The bed is very comfortable. The location is also very convenient right across from Ludwigsburg train station and Stuttgart is accessible in 10-12 minutes train rides.     Room Card Serious problem

    The hotel has a serious problem with the card rooms that lose the information and instead of fixing the issue they blame the customers. Additionally the customer pays the full price but the rooms are cleaned only on demand.
