    Extremely rude staff at reservation keep me waiting for 4 hours because of unavailability of the room , I asked for searching for another room , answer received in a very bad manner: You have to wait. After 4 hours they realised SEARCHING another room for me.

    Really nice experience of hotel , staff , facilities in room , location, everything, superb experience . Staff is very helpful . In room, hotel has provided microwave, hot plate and some useful utensils. We were on business trip . A memorable experience.

    Excellent stay, clean, quiet and elegant hotel, great location, 5 minutes driving from Stuttgart airport, Supermarket Lidl is at just 2 minutes walking. Spacious room with a comfortable king size bed and a minibar. You can enjoy every evening the steam bath, Finnish sauna and the fitness room at the 4th floor. Secured underground parking for 15 Euro/day. Internet connection is OK.Breakfast is perfect, cold and hot food, fruits and many drinks to choose from, all what you want you're going to find it for sure. Very convenient to start at 06:00 AM.Very friendly, smiley and helpful staff.Don't hesitate to stay there, you will not be disappointed.Highly appreciated.

    Absolute best! Do not stay anywhere else while in the area. Comfortable rooms, spacious baths, best breakfast of ANY hotel anywhere….and a brew Haus on board?!? Perfect location with door to door Sbahn service from terminal to hotel. Just the best!

    Location is perfect. Public transport right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was really good. Parking good. Staff very friendly. Wifi worked fine. I had a junior suite. Lots of space. Only downside was that someone had smoked in this suite. Not something the hotel can prevent, but maybe leave the windows open for a long time after they notice.
