A perfect hotel to rest after a long flight

Incredible receptionist. Her name is Celi. Italian living in Stuttgart for 5 years. Always with a nice smile on her face, she recommended to us all we needed (restaurants, museums, things to do in the city,..)In addition she speaks several languages and she had no problem explaining all to us in Spanish. A part of that, we consider beds very comfortable, no noises in the corridors and very clean roo. To finish, we strongly recommend this hotel for hosting at Stuttgart.

Spent a couple of nights at this hotel! Rooms have everything you need, spotless, modern, nicely decorated (kind of small). Convenient underground parking, next to a big shopping center, a great base to explore the city and proximity to the airport! Reccomended!

overall a good experience. The parking on site was great (15EUR). The receptionist was friendly and helpful and check in was quite easy and fast. We had asked for two room and one with twin beds but instead had a queen size although not a huge issue. The bed was hard and not as comfortable. The room was clean and good size with coffee area but no mini fridge. There were no water bottles. Bathroom was very nice and clear with a small issue with the showered. Overall we recommend this place. Very reasonable price and friendly staff

Bit of a strange one. Hotel receptionist seems nice and friendly.What was odd for me is the room I was given had bed bugs then got moved into a different room and then got stuck in the lift twice for a short time since believe it was breaking. Not sure what was going on with it. Was told they were going to put a warning sign on the door but never saw any sign of that ever being put on there.

A Harrowing Situation!

On a bitter note which I must bring to your attention is that after Everyone has gone home and Lisa has replaced them at work; only was I being continually harassed by the pugnacious and belligerent Lisa to leave the premises. I was sitting quietly to myself, trying desperately to fix my delayed flight after checking out. When Lisa continuously confronted me with her shrill and condescending tone that I am not allowed in the dining hall. There I was desperately trying to solve my flight ticketing issue and numerous times Lisa came at me strenuously ranting at me to get out as if I was in her way. Clearly, her egotistical attitude is severely misplaced and her self-importance supersedes her credibility. Towards later in the evening as I was getting ready to leave for the airport; that was when situation with the pugnacious and belligerent Lisa got heated up! She started talking down to me to which I asked her what did I do to agitate her so much? She couldn’t answer me but continued to rant and bicker at me about being in the dining room! She just wanted to rant her bitterness and anger at someone; she chose me! She didn’t let me go and instead of contacting the hotel manager for assistance, she enlisted the help of a total stranger, a hotel guest probably; but definitely not a hotel employee or a hotel management. I don’t know what exactly she told him about me but I believe she must have distorted the facts to him about me because he started shouting at me the moment he confronted me and mocking me if I understood English. Situation got really heated up fast between me and him. The pugnacious Lisa wasn’t helping the situation either as she was clearly enjoying watching the burly man challenge me to a fight. She was literally stoking the fire by joining in shouting at me! I told her my conversation with her ends here but that didn’t deter her from ranting at me! PLEASE LISTEN TO THE ENTIRE AUDIO FROM THE BEGINNING TO END AND NOT ONLY PART OF IT BECAUSE LISA DECIDED TO PLAY VICTIM TO CIRCUMSTANCES SHE CREATED WHEN THE POLICE ARRIVED! HER CROCODILE TEARS CERTAINLY WOULD HAVE FOOLED ANYONE BUT AFTER THAT SHE WAS ALL SMILES AND LAUGHTER! She literally distorted the facts of the situation with the man and contorted her own truth to the police. I was a single person being ganged up by her, the stranger she enlisted to deal with me and her colleague! This is the most disrespectful and disturbing thing any hotel guest has ever endured! Your Extremely Perturbed Customer!Eric.
