161 rooms, including 13 junior suites, 2 suites, 69 single rooms and 76 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and German-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     We had a large room with a loft. The bathroom was downstairs with the full-sized pullout couch. Upstairs was a queen sized bed. The only downside is that you have to walk downstairs in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Like almost all the other hotels we stayed at in Germany, the towels were thin and there were no washcloths. The beds and comforters were comfortable while the pillows were thin. The breakfast buffet is typical of other hotels except they also have pancakes.     Reservation was confirmed via phone by reservation departement but local team has not been informed.     Upscale youth hotel - value for money

    Even though it has recently been upgraded, the Bad Boll Seminaris hotel has the charms and many of the amenities of a youth hostel. On the positive side, it is a clean, no hassle place to stay. At the same time, the bathrooms are in an urgent need for a make-over, the bar feels very rustic, and the bowling alley… well having a bowling alley somehow says it all and is a reminder of an amenity you might have expected in the 80s. Practical and get’s the job done, no more, no less.     Hotel was like a clinic, Public area's of the hotel all closed except the breakfast room and even then all self service, no staff to help or even welcome you. Room was not what was shown on the web site, so ended up with a room in need of repair and upgrade and very old fashioned furniture and the smallest TV you could get !! Better hotels in the area

    Great location and great value. We also stayed here a year ago before the corona and the breakfast was outstanding. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is also very helpful and quick so you don’t have to wait a lot when you arrive after a long journey...you can check-in within 1 min and everything is already prepared.
