  Great 1 night stay before early flight

  Good location outside of Weisbaden, 15 mins from FRA airport and across the street from hypermarket to stock up. Hotel was very clean and rooms nice, only knock is the AC did nothing. Kind of expected in a German hotel, but still would have been nice. Outside and even the hallways were cooler than the room. With a baby going to bed when it's still light out, you can't really cool the room much with an open window. Other than that, staff was very helpful and friendly and value was great. I would still recommend.Another thing about the room which may not be an issue for some: the bathroom only has 2 sliding frosted glass doors, so if you're in there with the light on and your partner is sleeping the whole room is lit up.   I believe this to be a transparent and honest review. The good: reasonably clean rooms, acceptable breakfast (though nothing to write home about).The bad: shower that spreads water everywhere including the room carpet. Non functional air conditioning. Thin mattress (firm = good but this was cheap firm). Borderline fraudulent cancelation policy (most flexible rates require 21 day cancelation or pay 80% of total stay). Outrageously expensive breakfast cost $21 (elite $10 F&B coupon is intended to cover breakfast except it doesn’t even cover half). Poor parking (always full). Tampered toiletries (that weren’t replaced despite asking - twice). Housekeeping every 3 days by policy (and they just don’t show up even if you request daily). Location is not really close to anything. Mediocre internet (struggled with video conference calls). I will not be coming back despite our office nearby.   hotel had a few small issues but overall pretty good

  I spent 3 nights at this hotel outside of Wiesbaden. My room was nice and it was fairly clean. There was a small issue in that the phone in the room did not work. When I inquired about this concern, it appeared as if all of the phones on the entire 4th floor were not working properly. When I left 3 days later, the phones were still not working. I found this odd. There was also a small problem with ordering in the hotel restaurant. They had switched to a new menu, I was not sure that what I ordered was what I was served. One of the benefits of this hotel is that it is not too expensive.   High expectations, low achievements

  The experience was not good at all. I would expect for 141 euros/day to get at minimum: a decent and varied breakfast (especially in vegetables); an efficient heating system in the room; a good enough wifi connection with no pauses in downloading/uploading files. Unfortunately, it is not like this.   I stayed there for one night.Positives:- free car parking- clean room- very friendly staff (front desk as well as bar/restaurant)- quite cheap- nice bar area for lonely travelersNegatives:- in the middle of nowhere- the area around the hotel is very dark at night; I had to use my phone's flashlight to get from the parking space to the hotel entrance- shower and WC are "integrated" in the room: a glass sliding door is supposed to separate one from the other, with limited success; couples should know each other well (...)- The hotel says "rooms will be cleaned after the third night of your stay", which is solely for the purpose to safe the world, of course. If you don't enjoy to use your towel(s) for at least four days, you may run into a problem...- The room was very hot during the night, even though the AC/heating was off. I would go back to this hotel for shorter stays (one night), since there are almost no alternatives in the area for those among us who need a few more nights in the Marriott Bonvoy world to keep their status.
