  Stayed in Wurzburg on our road trip down to Munich. Booked the hotel for the parking and because it looked to be of a high standard. Overall, it was OK, but i wouldn't rush back. The room was spacious, but the bed lacking I comfort. It appears to be modern, but a lot of fixtures and fittings wete dated. The room was also stuffy with very poor AC. I would hate to stay in the middle of summer! Breakfast was decent, but the €14 to park was a little steep! Would book somewhere more central next time and pay a parking garage instead. Probably wouldn't recommend.

  Won’t Stay Again

  Check in was horrible. Although check in starts at 3, my wife and I arrived early and hoped to check in early. We waited an hour and a half in the lobby with all our luggage. No one gave an update or even asked if we needed anything. At least 5 other guests came after us and checked in right away. Irina Belejan didn’t seem to care if we were checked in or not. Her customer service is extremely bad. Mohamed was helpful. Everyone in the restaurant/bar area were nice and accommodating. Room was nice, only 2 English speaking channels (news). Bathrooms were very nice. Housekeeping was not the best. Close to downtown, which is where we will stay next time.

  Not a tourist hotel.

  This is not a tourist hotel. It is located with a convention center. They cater to business groups not tourists. Meals etc are based on the groups’ itineraries. The staff is very capable and tried to do all they could to accommodate us as individual travelers. At times however they seemed perplexed with us. The rooms are large and very clean. The hotel is very modern.

  The hotel is located in a green and quit suburb of Würzburg. It’s a modern building, and the rooms are nicely furnished. They’ve a good spa area and a very good breakfast as well. It’s easy to reach from the high ways and not too far from the main station. Perfect business hotel.

  The hotel is new with good facilities. Adequate power sockets in room and bedhead. Large room and bathroom. There is towel heater in bathroom. The bathroom bench is long enough for you to put accessories. Very clean and tidy. Very good breakfast. The staff service is good, too.
