The service was impeccable. The staff were attentive and very accommodating. The breakfast buffet, particularly the egg station, was delicious and filling. I had to pass a night to transfer to from Accra to Takoradi the next morning. My experience from the pass year have been great. Everything on point including break fast etc. I enjoyed my night stay. Thx

Stayed for three nights and found it to be a decent, mid-range option for our trip. Location was fantastic and staff very courteous and welcoming. Our room was clean though the decor felt quite dated, noticeably loud noises and faulty TV mediaBiggest letdown though was menu selections at the restaurant and slow service.. overall it’s a good choice if you prioritize location.

I booked two nights at BW Premier Accra Airport Hotel directly through the Best Western website for $571.20 USD, confirmed by email. At check-in, I was told I’d be charged GHS 7,425.60, which ended up being $697.24 USD or $126.04 more than my confirmed rate. The hotel used an inflated exchange rate of $1 = 13 GHS, far above the actual market rate. I reached out to the Rooms Division Manager, who said the accounts team would “work on it,” but I’ve received no follow-up or adjustment. Guests should be aware of this bait-and-switch pricing. Also, the Junior Suite isn’t worth the extra cost, the King-size bed isn’t truly king-sized, and avoid the carpeted rooms.
