  Sleep Here Instead of at the Airport

  I chose the hotel because I had a 6 AM flight out of Athens and did not want to sleep in the airport. The downtown hotels are much farther away. The free airport transfer worked well for that purpose (picked me up at the airport on Wed evening and returned me to the airport early Thursday morning.) The hotel room was clean and comfortable and quiet on a Wednesday night. The only problem was that I was not sure where in the airport to go to meet the shuttle to the hotel. These arrangements are made by email. On Monday I received an email from the hotel asking when I planned to check in on Wed. I sent a reply late on Monday giving the time I wanted to be picked up and asking where I would meet the shuttle once I was at the airport. I did not get a reply until I emailed again on Wed after I was at the airport. I felt a bit frustrated that I might have to take a taxi after all if I could not find the shuttle. But fortunately I received a reply to the email I sent from the airport, although I had to wait 90 minutes for the pickup. The email told me to meet the shuttle outside Door 5 following signs to touristic bus parking lot. And it gave the driver's name and the license plate number of his vehicle - VERY Helpful! So I did get to the hotel (though I had ~1 less hour of sleep than I had hoped to get.) The early morning shuttle back to the airport was fine. I would stay at this hotel again now that I have a better understanding of how the airport shuttle works.

  Clean. & Modern Hotel - shuttle service is hit and miss.

  Hotel is very clean and modern and everything works well including the air conditioning. Our room had a nice balcony that looks out across the street. Nice restraunt across the street and convenience store next door. We were happy to find out and have a chance to save some money with their advertised shuttle service. However I emailed them and tried to contact on WhatsApp to make sure our transport was arranged from airport but never heard from them. We walked around looking for a shuttle bus amongst the tons of other shuttle busses. I called them but got no answer. Finally my wife did see the 8.5” x 11” sign laying flat on the dashboard of the shuttle van and he picked us up and took us to the hotel. When we arrived and tried to arrange shuttle for the next day back to airport she let us know the shuttle was full and they arranged a cab which cost $25 euros. Overall much better than going all the way into Athens but communication could have been better. We would stay here again.

  Airport shuttle service is not available from 10:30am to 3:30pm. This is not clear from their listing. When I complained, their response was, “read the fine print.”

  Very difficult to get refund after cancellation

  I like the place alright but after a few experiences where it's VERY difficult to get the refund after cancellation, I can not recommend.

  Nice small hotel near the airport. Very clean with good size rooms. Mini fridge and coffee maker in room. The bathroom was very modern, nice and spacious. The bed firm and comfortable. The elevator will only hold one person at a time with luggage. There are quite a few steps up to the first floor, but not an issue for us.Near the hotel were several local coffee shops. We enjoyed Coffee Rise with fresh baked goods. There is also a nice mini market right next door with a variety of goods, along with very reasonable breakfast specials. We bought some vacuum sealed olives, Greek coffee, and other treats to take back home. We had dinner across the street at Kokkini Piperia, which was delicious. We had the fried cheese covered in fig preserves as an appetizer. My husband had the hamburger with country fries, and I had falafel, all very delicious! Would definitely go back!!Possible considerations to know, we did hear traffic noise during the day, but the traffic is much less at night. Also there is a church across the street, and they do ring their bells during the day, most noticeable was at 0700. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and would defiantly stay again.
