Facility

19 suites, 12 single rooms and 62 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. A baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden.     I recently stayed at this hotel with my wife, and overall we were extremely satisfied with our experience.The staff was consistently polite, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The reception team in particular provided us with accurate and useful information whenever we needed guidance, which made everything much easier and more enjoyable.The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options to start the day. However, I would suggest that the hotel improves the information provided on its website regarding the use of the swimming pool, as clearer details in advance would be very helpful for guests.One aspect that truly stood out was the exceptional cleanliness. Both our room and all common areas were maintained to a very high standard, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed at all times. I would also like to make a special mention of the Housekeeping Supervisor, who was incredibly attentive and responsive to any request we had, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly and professionally.Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

    Disappointing Stay – Definitely Not a 4-Star ExperienceI rarely write negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, this stay felt more like a 2-star experience — and I would not recommend it to others.The most frustrating part was the pool situation. While the pool is the first image you see on Booking.com and listed as included on the mobile version, it turned out we had to pay extra to access it. Even then, the number of available spots was very limited, and once they were full, you weren’t even allowed to take a quick swim. It felt incredibly misleading and disappointing.The pool was the key reason we booked this hotel, so being denied access felt like a complete letdown and false advertisingService was painfully slow. It once took over 40 minutes just to get a Coke we had ordered, and this wasn’t an isolated case — it was the general pace throughout our stay.Breakfast was chaotic. There were not enough tables for the number of guests, and the food was underwhelming at best. Much of it seemed old or bland, and eg despite promising fresh orange juice, it was never available. The fruit was unappetizing.To top it off, our bedsheets had stains on them when we arrived — not what you'd expect from any hotel, let alone one with a 4-star label.Overall, we felt misled and quite disappointed. There are much better options out there, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend staying here at all.

    The front desk staff was fantastic...so helpful and friendly. The cleaning staff was great. The pool and bar area were exceptional. The only compliant we had was the gym...small, lack of equipment and what they did have was poor.

    Let's not beat around the bush and put it clearly... The beautiful "Pool-Beach-Lounge Bar" stuff going on on the rooftop is NOT INCLUDED in the price you'll pay for this hotel... It's accessible only upon reservation with an extra cost of at least 25 euros each time you'll go up there to relax... Now.. Don't get me wrong... I don"t have any problem whatsoever with extra costs... I just like things being laid on the line right from the start, which is definitely not the case with this hotel.. You're explained the pool policy AFTER your booking is completed.. Sounds to me like "You're trapped Buddy... Here's the truth now... The rules you'll have to play by, whether you like it or not..." which is at least annoying, and at most can be considered as, let's call it, a scam....Besides this, here are the good and bad points about this hotel :- The (Superior) room we stayed in was comfortable ans spacious, well furnished (fridge, safe...) with a beautiful bathroom, but the balcony was dirty with a single table (we did not dare to ask if there was also an extra cost for chairs on the balcony)- Breakfast was decent for a 4 star hotel, except for some stuff (ham, some of the cheeses) that are clearly bottom shelf products.. Worse, what is presented as "Fruit Juice" has very little to do with a real fruit juice.. Tastes more like an "Ultra-processed high-sugar powder with added water, preservatives and artificial coloring"Definitely not the hotel we'll choose next time we stay in Athens..
