    I think Tripadvisor should have an option to choose 2 months (if you check in December and check out in January). My previous review about Bllue Sea hotel Alimos experience in September 2025 was deleted, I guess because I've already written the review about the same hotel before. I think it is wrong, because hotels change their quality and offer. The Alassia hotel should be categorized with 4+ stars. Exceptionally designed, comfortable, modern, quality furniture and all accompanying devices and elements. Fabulous breakfast, until 10:30. It is a pity that the rooms do not have a balcony. It would be good if the hotel had additional facilities, especially a swimming pool. Check-out at 12. One elevator did not work, i.the door could not be closed or opened, which caused discomfort and bad mood among the guests. I think it had to be out of use, (a notice such as "not in use" should have been posted)

    everyone was really nice it was a clean hotel and provided complimentary toiletries, towels and even free bottles of water in the mini fridge that gets restocked when housekeeping comes round. the outside looks very presentable and clean and the breakfast is great. only thing is the noise outside the hotel which is hard to avoid given it's central location so if your a light sleeper then it might be difficult but it's worth it as it's literally a minute away from omonia square and the metro. for the price it's very good.

    My room is very clean and spotless ! The cleaner does an excellent job. The breakfast buffet is excellent ,wide varieties and plentiful. Kalli is an excellent hotel manager, very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this Hotel! Jose E.

    Alassia is a modern, nine-storey hotel which offers excellent facilities as a superb price.It’s in a slightly rundown area of Athens and so we were pleasantly surprised when we entered reception to a warm welcome and a lovely room.The bed was comfortable, and the room bright and airy with air conditioning, flat screen TV, safe, fridge, complimentary bottled water, desk and sofa. There are two small lifts.The bathroom was well equipped with soap, shampoo and a spacious walk-in shower. The view was pretty uninspiring but it was quiet and we had a great night’s uninterrupted sleep.Breakfast was a real treat: hot and cold buffet selections galore. There’s a large seating area downstairs and a small bar.I noticed one or two reviewers said they get uneasy at night in the area. While far from posh, my wife and I didn’t at any stage fed threatened. It’s a straight 15 minute walk to the Acropolis and the Plaka district and there’s a metro station two minutes away. We walked back in the early evening and found it no problem. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

    Dark, dingy, bad area of town.

    The only thing good about this place was the breakfast.The room was very dark and dingy with ridiculously inadequate lighting. The elevators were tiny and more often than not, inoperable. Some of the staff were okay, others were useless and uncaring. The hotel appears to have had a bit of a makeup in recent times, but that doesn't change its location. It's in a very poor, filthy and potentially dangerous part of town.No, we certainly wouldn't stay there again, nor would we recommend the establishment to family or friends, as there are much nicer hotels around town and many for a better price.
