  If I could leave 0stars I would, going on photos of booking this hotel it looked great and really high end but wow were expectations short lived when we arrived, from showing up to seeing junkies shooting heroin and smoking crack, once we got into room which was meant to be two separate rooms we arrived with 4 single beds in one room with no shower door and no working aircon which at 25 degrees was very uncomfortable, the mattresses were all mouldy as was the shower it was absolutely disgustingDo not book this hotel unless you want to stay in a ghetto

  Husband and I stayed for 4 nights! The hotel is in a bad area with prostitution and drug addicts in the local streets. We witnessed prostitutes in the hotel going to rooms and addicts injecting on the streets leaving their used items on pavements. The rooms were poorly maintained decoratively, poor quality old and dirty bedding. The breakfast is poor both in selection of food and quality. The food runs out and is not replenished. We booked through Booking.com where it is listed as 4 star, beware don’t part with your money to stay here or in that area.

  It does NOT do what it says on the advert!Open sewers outside the hotel.Open drug use and prostitution around each cornerNo lighting in the corridors to the rooms (we now know why!)The room was surface clean, but not cleanThe bed was very comfortableThe bathroom poorly fitted and dirtyThe pool upstairs had electrical cables hanging in the water with a good layer of grime all around the edge of the poolThe lobby pool looked inviting until you saw the layer of grease floating…The breakfast was probably on a par with what my children brought me for my Father’s Day when they were aged 6 - dry bread, tea made with hot tap water and cheese they scrapped from the top of a frozen pizza the night before.Absolutely awful place, the only positive was the other guests all became co conspirators as we could all see how bad it was!

  Booked after seeing good reviews on the site we booked on. When we arrived we saw the area outside - syringes everywhere on the floor and addicts roaming around. The room we were shown to wasn’t clean - dirt in the sink and bath, floors not cleaned, hairs in the bed and spots of blood on the mattress. We were offered an alternative room which was the same condition. It’s absolutely not a 4* hotel, and I don’t recommend it. It doesn’t look like the photos do at all. Avoid.

  Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing and far from what we expected from a 4-star property. • Location & Safety: The area around the hotel felt unsafe, especially for families with children. There were many homeless people outside, which made us feel uncomfortable. • Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned and did not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel. • Facilities: Hot water was often unavailable when the hotel was full. • Breakfast: Very poor quality breakfast, not at all what you would expect from a hotel in this category. • Value: Definitely not value for money.Overall, we would not recommend this hotel for families or travelers expecting comfort, safety, and proper service.(Attached are photos showing the issues we experienced.)
