  Great location, close to metro. Peaceful atmosphere, quiet and clean. Room was clean and comfortable, nothing luxurious, but in good condition. Amazing value for money. Friendly staff.

  + Location is right near metro which has good transport links around Athens, including the airport, the area isn't as bad as some describe - every town/city has a similar area and we never felt unsafe, good price, staff were friendly & helpful, decent shower pressure -Very loud area on a main road - ear plugs definitely needed to sleep, windows filthy and some areas of the room weren't exactly spotless, breakfast first day was grim - congealed & stone cold - I'm told it was better on the second day but I didn't go back for secondsWould I stay there again? Probably not but if I just needed a cheap, one-night stopover then possibly. It wasn't horrific but wasn't luxury, which is to be expected for the great price.

  Hotel friendly, clean, but basic in rough neighborhood

  Stayed for one night prior to going on a Celebrity cruise. On arrival friendly staff, room basic but clean. After travelling asked for food, there was none, only breakfast on 7th floor in morning. Friendly Receptionist advised couple of restaurants down road.The neighborhood was a poor area, beggars, druggies. My husband and I did not feel safe so we did not go far only to eat and back to the Hotel. Shame really as we wanted to explore Athens.Celebrity need to change their hotel prior to joining ship in a better neighborhood!   Our travel company boxed us this hotel

  It is advertised as being near city center, but for a tourist it is not really near stuff you might want to explore.Near city center it may be.The price we paid was a lot because the hotel and travel company insisted that it could only be extended thru the travel company. This was really expensive.The hotel staff was great.The room was on the small size but it had a beautiful shower. It had coffee in the room, refrigerator, stove, microwave and a large tv (which we never got to work).Internet was okay Breakfast was included and was very nice.Nice place.   Room was basic , blind was cracked and dirty , bathroom floor was a trip hazard as the flooring was coming up , shower was ok.The hotel was more like. 2 star for students , I receptionist was lovely and the staff in the breakfast area were pleasant , worst breakfast I have ever been offered , basic .Didn’t see any complimentary water as said on a previous review !!!On our check out day the receptionist was miserable and not at all pleasant , we asked to use a stapler and he said aggressively, don’t break it !!!Will not be returning to this hotel .Drug addicts everywhere we turned , didn’t feel safe at all .
