Ideally situated right in the city centre of Athens, the city hotel is 300 m from Monastiraki metro station with a direct line from the airport and the port of Piraeus.     Lovely hotel situated a short walk from the metro station. Direct line from airport. A short walk to Acropolis and Museum.Great breakfast with friendly staff. Good room with shower.     Pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. It looks like nothing special from outside. Friendly helpful staff, nice room, big comfy bed. Our room had an enclosed outside space so no view but the roof terrace made up for this. Lots to choose from for breakfast. We had a late flight and we were able to store our luggage after checkout.Location is busy and vibrant, markets all around. We were lucky enough to be there for Chinese new year and Smokey Thursday, both days had events with live music and entertainment in the nearby squares. Short walk to metro for the airport and hop on hop off bus stop also nearby.     Clean and comfortable friendly staff and a great breakfast. A great area with an easy walk to Monastiraki metro ( to the airport and Piraeus ) roof top bar with lovely lady and amazing views of the acropolis back rooms are better I think.     The hotel is in a good location. Easy walkTo a lot of attractions The rooms are average , as we are Aussie for what we paid it was alon of money!! Great views from the roof top bar, lovely staff and breakfast was great. What I saw from my window looking down was horrible, it put me off Athens completely.
