    Not a great place for family's.What can I say location short walk into town and only 20 mins from the Acropolis. The hotel was clean and tidy.That's the good stuff over.The lifts in the hotel are tiny, no room to swing a hamster let alone a cat. Just managed to get 2 people and a suitcase in. And one lift is smaller with no door between you and the shaft and the floor moves.Little to no hot water it was Luke warm at best.Hotel bar is open when they feel like it and serves what the feel like serving at the time. No hot drinks and a limited choice of soft drinks.The location has everything you need a couple of nice restaurants down the road. Police station just down the road, once you pass the druggies and prostitute's.Athens itself was lovely and the people friendly. Loads of history and great food .

    Horrible area, read through which areas in Athens you should avoid, Omonia is one of them. The area is trashy, dirty and lot of homeless people. It doesn't feels safe when it is dark, and it's absolutely not a nice area for your holiday. The staff at the hotel was nice and it's relatively close to the city center, that is the positive. Unfortunately, the hotel standard is low, the walls are thin, if you don't hear slammer of doors or the elevator in night, you will probably hear the fan and the fridge. Lack of shower curtain/door made a mess in bathroom. The breakfast consisted of dry bread, eggs that smelled a bit strange and was below expectations. Unfortunately we booked by booking.com which seems to censor bad reviews, so don't trust them, use different sources of information. I advise everyone to stay away.

    Overall very happy, I didn't personally have many issues with the place. One thing was my bathroom door wouldn't close but as I was by myself that wasn't an issue. The location itself isn't bad, the streets nearby okay and there's a convenience store a few minutes away. The main attractions (acropolis, pantheon, and the Agora) are about a half hour walk away.

    The room I have been in is a bit small but clean. The shower in my bathroom doesn't have a curtain, therefore to have a shower without inundate the bathroom isn't so simple. The breakfast is ok: you don't have a lot of choices, but everything is quite good.The staff is very kind and helpful. The real problem is the neighbourhood, which is a bit dangerous, especially for lonely women, in my opinion.

    I stayed at this hotel for six nights. I found HOTEL quite good. Staff was really friendly helpful could’ve asked for better staff. The rooms were clean not that large but functional. There is a small bar fridge a balcony, air conditioning and a shower. There is free Internet throughout the building. You can get a breakfast package, which is mostly breaded cheese and drinks From 7 AM till 10 AM. Downstairs in the lobby there is a lounge/bar never seem to be very busy. It was a great location to sit and talk. The hotel is a 3 to 5 minute walk to the nearest Metro station is at Omonoia Square which has 2 different lines. They also provide a great airport shuttle service. About 2 km from the old town or 3 subway stations away.The only real negative point about the location is if you go a couple blocks north of the hotel seem to be a bit of a sketchy area. A lot of homeless people,and garbage lining around on the sidewalks. I personally never had any issue but I avoided that area after dark. It seems to me the hotel is near the border of where the homeless people stay and the general areas city keeps nice and clean for tourists . But this is really not the hotels fault. But is a great location for access to the subway system, shops and restaurants. I had a good experience with the hotel and it wasn’t hard to avoid the less desirable parts of town.
